Affordable and Quality service. Just one guy, no call reps etc. Literally can’t ask for anything else. Dealt with 5 other companies and these guys are def the best. Highly recommend these guys.

Very personable over the phone. Then came over in less then 15 mins. Very knowledgeable and fast service. Made sure my drains were all working before he left even the drains that were not affected. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Worst Customer Service ever, rude, and very sloppy work, he was supposed to come back and complete the job, instead he sent someone else who was worse, and they just left the drains worse then they were. Worst experience ever.!

Great service

Saw the leak in my main supply line on the lawn at 1PM, Called 5-Star at 1:30, he was here by 2PM. Dug up the lawn, found the leak, fixed the leak with copper, put the lawn back perfectly, cleaned everything up and was done at 7PM.

Jesse Stidham did such an exceptional job. I was worried about my plumbing but he explained everything to me and put me at ease of my situation. I would definitely recommend him to anybody that is having problems with their plumbing. Outstanding customer service.

We had an emergency situation with a broken pipe in my home. After many calls to other plumbers, Active not only answered, but gave me a time expectation as to when a plumber could arrive. While it did take a while, Justin arrived and quickly diagnosed the issue. He even gave us some recommendations for future repairs. I appreciated his courteousness and willingness to clean up!

Did a great job. Quick, clean and very quiet. Would I use them again, most definitely. I fact, I will have them back next month. Thanks again.
