It happened during a 16 hour power outage, our water heater died. Not sure if it was the power outage or the fourteen years it's been doing a great job of heating our water. Our son is a contractor and recommended we call Big John's Plumbing in Riverside. It was Saturday so we called and left a message. Someone at Big John's Plumbing called on Sunday morning and we confirmed that the repair could wait until Monday morning. Mr. Ramon showed up Monday and worked for three hours+ to replace the water heater. He ran into several non-compliance methods used when the original water heater was installed. He revised and installed the correct connections and insured we were up to code. We had hot water an hour after Mr. Ramon's departure.

We would recommend Big John's Plumbing, for any of your plumbing needs, I'm sure, but especially if you are in need of a new water heater. They've got you covered.

My water heater was leaking and we had no hot water. I called this company and spoke to Art to see if he can help us. I loved his sense of urgency and genuine interest specially since I mentioned I had small children and no hot water. I was amazed at how fast he came to take care of the problem and was so grateful, besides the fact that there price was way better than the previous companies I called. I have been in my house since December 1992. My house never cooled or heated correctly. Went through a house fire 2007. Oakwood fire and water damage in Brea was hired to rebuild the house correctly. Farmers insurance paid all the bills. Oakwood did not rebuild the house correctly. Oakwood had to refund alot of money to Farmers insurance and me. After the AC went out again,decided to call CL Robert to make it right. CL Robert did a awesome job, well worth the money. I highly recommend CL Robert to take care all your needs. My house has never cooled like this. All we feel is when the AC turns on is the cooled air ,barley hear the AC turn on. Can't wait for the cooled to use the heater. Argued with me about diagnosis, insisted there was a manifold where there wasn't one.Mis-diagnosed problem. was going to charge excessive amount to cap two pipes, $275 each, and they were not even the right pipes!
