Adam was knowledge and highly competent in replacing the cartridge needed to stop the faucet leak. He explained what need to be fixed, so I was able to understand what he needed to do. I felt confident that I was getting the repair that was needed to fix the leak. In the end, NO LEAK! I recommend Adam foe your plumbing needs. He was professional and clean serviceman. He left no mess!

We’ve had to call these guys on 2 separate occasions for our old copper pipes springing leaks in our yard. Both times they answered the phone promptly, came out the very next day for repairs, and got the job done quickly and thoroughly. They are also very personable and kind. I really appreciate their work and will continue to use them in the years to come. They’re awesome!

It happened during a 16 hour power outage, our water heater died. Not sure if it was the power outage or the fourteen years it's been doing a great job of heating our water. Our son is a contractor and recommended we call Big John's Plumbing in Riverside. It was Saturday so we called and left a message. Someone at Big John's Plumbing called on Sunday morning and we confirmed that the repair could wait until Monday morning. Mr. Ramon showed up Monday and worked for three hours+ to replace the water heater. He ran into several non-compliance methods used when the original water heater was installed. He revised and installed the correct connections and insured we were up to code. We had hot water an hour after Mr. Ramon's departure.

We would recommend Big John's Plumbing, for any of your plumbing needs, I'm sure, but especially if you are in need of a new water heater. They've got you covered.

They were quick to schedule an appointment for next day service for a clogged toilet. Reasonably priced and they were very thorough with their work and explaining to me what was done and the charge.

Carson and Dustin were absolute professionals. Out of everyone we called in our area, they were the only ones to respond and fit us in ASAP. They were able to get our toilet and bathtub draining for us, and they were friendly the whole time. Just good dudes. Communicated with us what we would need to fix in the future, and didn't make us feel uncomfortable at all. Any plumbing issues in the future, I am only going through them. Thank you guys!!

I had 2 plumbers out to ID problem & give estimate. The first wanted to re- pipe my whole condo because I have a cement slab. ( have it go up and thru the attic)!
I’m sorry I have forgotten the plumbers name from Specialist. He was great! I had a leak in th main water pipe so water was leaking under my entrance & office area. He replaced the pipe by going thru the inside wall. It took about 3 - 4 hours. He never took a break, informed me in advance of work being done. I definitely would recommend this company!
