My water heater was leaking and we had no hot water. I called this company and spoke to Art to see if he can help us. I loved his sense of urgency and genuine interest specially since I mentioned I had small children and no hot water. I was amazed at how fast he came to take care of the problem and was so grateful, besides the fact that there price was way better than the previous companies I called. It's nice to know that there are some companies that care about the situation their customers are in. Thank You.

Very happy with the service I was given. Brian and his team did an excellent job. The goal was never about selling me the most expensive unit but instead to get my house comfortable and balanced.

My main issue was my AC unit wasn't putting out cold enough air and wasn't being pumped to the hot upstairs. Brian's solution was to increase the duct size going upstairs and put dampers on the downstairs vents in order to force air to flow up. IT WORKED! I have amazing air flow and am expecting a much smaller electric bill this year!

I was very impressed with Solomon; he was courteous, very professional, a hard worker and did an excellent job representing All Pro Plumbing. Upon his arrival, he introduced himself, proceeded to inspect the water heater and then reviewed the issues in detail. Options and pricing were discussed and based on price given, I decided to replace the water heater. During installation, there was a problem with an existing pipeline. Solomon explained the problem, correction needed and apologized for any delay. I was concerned the additional work would increase the previous price quote, but to my surprise, it did not. I was very pleased with the completed installation and will definately recommend family and friends to All Pro Plumbing. Thank you Solomon and All Pro Plumbing for great service and pricing.😁😁

Sal was very friendly and helpful with my a/c problem. He solved the problem with the A/C and did more. You can really tell he loves his job. I recommend him highly.
