Wow! That was my wife's, daughter's and my remark after using Dr. Plumber for the first time. Jack was great! We called him at 2 PM and told him we were having a going away dinner for our daughter and we had a plugged up kitchen drain line which presented a problem. He said he could help us out even though one of his employees had called in sick that day and he was busy with his regular appointments. He fit us into his schedule, arrived on time and fixed our kitchen sink problem, and then the GOOD news, the price was GREAT - really GREAT. When I find a great service provider in the Reno/Sparks area I want to pass this information on to others. Yes, I would use him again in a heartbeat! Beware of this company unethical methods , they purposely will not have the parts so they charge $120 per hour commute to bring it. The charge time starts from the moment they leave their office . Replacing a hydrant that required 1 1/2 feet deep digging was going to cost over 650.00. So I paid for the digging and let them go .
Employees were courteus and professional , but I will never call this company again , EVER .

Van Allen plumbing came out to Lemmon Valley and re-piped our 1972 mobile home in one day at a reasonable price.
Hallelujah, we have strong water pressure again. They were polite, professional and respectful of our home. Of course, there was light cleaning to be done after they left, but overall the place was left tidy and in better shape than when they arrived.

The person on the phone was so incredibly rude, I knew immediately this wasn’t someone I wanted to do business with. I told him the homeowner was out, so she’ll call back. He said she didn’t have to call, this was all settled, and hung up on me. If I had a pipe spewing water 100 feet in the air, and they were the last plumbers on earth, I’ll take a pass.
