Logan replaced the water heater at our home. Logan was very polite, and did a great job on the install. After the install, we had the building inspector come out for the final inspection and it passed with no issues whatsoever.

Great honest company

Root-O-Matic did a great job at our place, Johnny specifically. They thought outside the box and worked within our budget to fix our septic without just saying to get a whole new system, like two other companies did. Would highly recommend them.

Spoke with Taylor in the AM and was scheduled with Clarence for the same day in the afternoon.

Clarence arrived as scheduled and assessed work previously done by a different company. Clarence was upfront about pricing and even ran over to Home Depot at one point to pickup a piece we needed. All within the allotted time.

Clarence explained his work each step of the way, like a good doctor would.

We’re pleased with the work he did and could easily recommend IHS to others and will call on them if we need future work.

Phil and Nick arrived early and performed their work quickly and in a tidy fashion. They decalcified our tankless water heater and serviced two toilets. The cost of the service was very reasonable. I have used River City Plumbing since 2018 and recommend them for plumbing services.

Very happy with my experience with Ira Hansen & Sons. When I had called, Robin answer and she was very helpful, to see if they worked on mobile homes, she said yes. Robin turned me over to Tracy to schedule the day and time he would be out. When Tracy came out he called to make sure I was there and he had the right place and he was on time.I thank them both for the time and work and will recommend them to anyone and everyone that needs a plumber fast.

They are fair and not mean

Called about a problem I'm having getting heat to different bedrooms in my house. Bill was very helpful on the phone and we scheduled a time for the following week for someone to come give me an estimate on repair.

I requested time off from work in order to meet them at my home and looked forward to getting heat to my kids bedroom. Well, the appointment time came and went, nobody showed, nobody called. Big waste of time and now back to square one. I guess I'll be calling someone else.

He is amazingly communicative and flexible: answers texts, calls, and emails in a timely fashion; has excellent availability/lead time; sent me photos of his work; is personable and warm; is willing to actually talk about his findings and be instructive on how to use my new fixture and things to look out for in the first days after installation (vs some professionals who come and go and don’t want to communicate beyond a sentence on the invoice). His rates are extremely reasonable. I feel confident he will stand by his work and respond to me as needed. He is trustworthy, let himself in and locked up behind himself. Mine was a smaller job and he treated it with the same care and priority as a big one. Really grateful to have found such a consummate professional. Great to work with, quality install at a great price.

We have used Best Plumbing and Heating for a variety of projects in our house, from baseboard heating repair, toilet repair, leak repair, and even helping us install some new sinks. I'm not one to write a lot of reviews but I do read them when looking to do a project, so I wanted to make sure I leave a review for this team for anyone who may be looking.
They have always been very professional and responsive and do great quality work. Kathy in the office is quick to respond to any calls and helps to schedule us quickly at a time that works for us. We have had nothing but excellent interactions with everyone on their team and they are always honest and upfront about any repairs or work needed.
