Best Tankless Water Heater Install in Reno NV

The install was 100 percent professional Dani was our installer she walked into more then was bargained for, but it did not phase her one bit when something popped up she faced with a curtious professional smile and fixed and updated a very out of date water heater. These guys did a fabulous job, on my sewer line, in a very difficult situation. We live in an older neighborhood where the city sewer line and easements go down between the back yards of the houses on the block. My 65+ year old “Orangeburg” sewer line was nearly completely collapsed. Many years ago my neighbor had built a block wall and planted lilac bushes right on top of the easement where the city line existed. We had to get to the line from the neighbor’s back yard or remove the wall to access it from my property. We got permission to access it and I had to cut 2 lilac bushes down. One was dead and the other almost dead and they were exactly on top of where my line and the neighbor’s line connected to the city line. There was minimal damage to our yards from the rubber tracked mini-excavator that A1 used. It was unbelievable how many big rocks are in the ground in our neighborhood. In 2 days A1 Plumbing was able to dig a few holes and pipe bust my entire 50 foot + line and replace the old collapsed pipe. Our line was only out of commission for about 5 hours the 2nd day. All the holes were filled back in and I only have some cleanup work to rake out some spots on the grassy areas where the rubber excavator tracks bunched it up a little, and pick up some of the new rocks that got exposed. It feels great to be able to flush the toilet and know that the material is moving into the city system and NOT coming back at me. Thanks Jay and the rest of the A1 crew for a great job.

Tracy came out and assessed the situation, explained my options clearly, and when we agreed on the fix, was quick to complete it. He made sure I was satisfied with what he had done, cleaned up the worksite, and got rid of the trash. This is the third time I have called on IHS for different problems and would call again if I needed a plumber.

Adan and his helper Miguel did an excellent job installing a new 50 gallon water heater the very next morning on a Sunday after I had just called the day before, Saturday 9/9/2023. He kept to his quote of $2100 after seeing 2 photos of the old water heater.
Both men were friendly and informative while doing their complex work and triple checking everything. They accepted my personal check and would have taken cash or debit card. Using a credit card would have cost me 3% more. Awesome work!

When I couldn't get it done. I called van Allen. They set me up for an appointment for the next day. Not only did they fix the leak. They sealed up the Frame behind the spout. Great job. 10/10 would call again.

We called them at 10 am as our hot water heater was going out. He showed up at 11 am. Gave us a quote and installed a new gas heater in 3 hours. Installer was pleasant and informative. His work was superb. I would recommend Reno Plumbing Doctor for any plumbing needs. We are very pleased.

We had a water main break at my house. I gave a call and the team was able to come out the next morning when it was convenient for my work schedule. Throughout the entire process Andy has been nothing but amazing. Thoroughly explaining what he intends to do and he did it. Andy could literally do everything, from using an excavator, laying cement, wood work and the obvious plumbing. I was thoroughly impressed with his work. Andy worked diligently at my house and exceeded his goal of laying a brand new line and hooking up water back to my house.
