Installed reverse osmosis filter under sink and never checked to see if there was any leaks and water line had puncture holes in it. Would not work with my schedule and told me he was going to call me back and that was a month ago. I will be changing it myself because plumber is unreliable. Find a different plumber to do your work.

I feel obligated to leave this review here since I found better revies here and cannot see how, Horrible experience! There was NEVER an actual plumber on-site for nearly 14 hours. Silver State sent two childish clowns from Las Vegas that had no clue how to fix our clog. They did manage too break a toilet and cause MORE flooding. We had to ask them to LEAVE. They did not remove our clog and had to rent a hydro-jet because they don't even have the basic supplies to fix clogs.
A competitor sent plumbers over the next morning and fixed the problem in just over an hour.
I am guessing from the reviews that they can do the most basic plumbing work. If you need a bigger problem fixed quickly and professionally call someone else,

An honest group of guys that takes a lot of pride in what they do. The crew was on site for over 2 months performing an industrial installation of a hot and cold water system that required silver soldering 95% of the connections. It was a large and complicated project that they were building to prints, but as those in industry know things are not always black and white between 2D prints and the actual building during an installation. I was impressed from the project’s start to finish with the company’s handling of every detail and decisions made along the way. Most of all, communication was very fast and clear, we never felt left hanging or out of the loop.

They’re not very big on advertising, but definitely one of the best plumbing contractors in town.

Our technician, Shawn B., was outstanding! Not only did he replace our water heater; he redid the supports, and all the plumbing lines. Our home was brought up to code, and we got a very fair price. Highly recommend!

I reached out on the weekend and received timely and professional response within reasonable hours of the day. Adan communicated possible times that would work for both of us for a leak inspection and was timely and considerate about the potential severity of the situation.

Scheduling: Adan was able to pencil me in between appointment schedules and had great communication about possible times. He worked with my busy work schedule to find an ideal time within a reasonable time frame.

Professionality: When Adan and his partner arrived on site, they were professional, courteous and considerate. Thorough in their examination, and listened to what my concerns were and investigated the issue from multiple angles and different possible systems.

Mark, the owner, came over personally to see that my Water main was leaking. He came with an assistant the next day and fixed it. He uses the highest quality parts. He schooled me on things plumbers often say that are supposedly necessary, however they’re not. That certain appliances can be repaired instead of replaced. I’ll never use a different plumber. I'm out in Carson City and they were more than willing to come out whenever necessary. After some hold ups (NOT Roto-Rooter's fault) they came out, dug up my pipe, fixed it, and re-buried it in less than a day. They come out when they say they well and the definitely put the time in necessary to make you happy. Extra props to Jesse, the technician, who put customer service first and took great care of us.
