A1 Plumbing did a great job and was very professional. I signed up online for a quote for a sewer line replacement and they came out about a week later, they were real busy, and gave me the best quote that I had out of 6 quotes. They performed pipe bursting on my 55 year old sewer line, that was completely buried under a driveway, sidewalk and street, and replaced it from under my house all the way to the main sewer line in the street for under $7,000. Much lower than a lot of other quotes that were only going to replace a portion of the pipe leaving me with a partially repaired line. Jay told me it was going to take a month before they could get to my house because of the backlog due to bad weather and they were there one month later and knocked it out in a couple of days with no unforeseen problems or costs. Recommend them highly for a sewer line replacement and I'll be using them for any future plumbing needs.

Called not long after submitting an AHS request for warranty service, and were in and out a few hours later, replacing the dysfunctional garbage disposal that had thrown a screw causing damage and lock up. Thanks Josh for the professionalism and quick turnaround!!

An absolute pleasure to work with. We came home from a vacation to find our water heater leaking. The water heater was not installed with a pan under it (which we found out is against code), so it was leaking onto a sheetrock platform which was getting mushy from all the water. I found Jolly Rooter here on Yelp, and called to get a quote since I was worried the water heater would fall through the platform. Rich was able to come out that day, remove the water heater, and install a new one the next day (now with a pan). He was professional, friendly, happy to answer any questions I had, and now I have a better quality water heater than I had before. I will absolutely be using Jolly Rooter for any plumbing needs in the future. If you have any plumbing needs, you should give him a call.

I feel so lucky to have found Mr. Don Weston. I needed to change out my kitchen faucet. He was the first to respond. He is amazingly communicative and flexible: answers texts, calls, and emails in a timely fashion; has excellent availability/lead time; sent me photos of his work; is personable and warm; is willing to actually talk about his findings and be instructive on how to use my new fixture and things to look out for in the first days after installation (vs some professionals who come and go and don’t want to communicate beyond a sentence on the invoice). His rates are extremely reasonable. I feel confident he will stand by his work and respond to me as needed. He is trustworthy, let himself in and locked up behind himself. Mine was a smaller job and he treated it with the same care and priority as a big one. Really grateful to have found such a consummate professional. Rooter Bee Plumbing is hands down the best plumbing company I have ever worked with. Rooter Bee has done work for me at my home and a number of rental properties. They have installed five or six water heaters, repaired dozens of pipe leaks, installed sinks, toilets and garbage disposals, cleared countless lines and dug up and lined a main sewer line.

i like Joe, he has worked on my plumbing 2 or 3 times i was very impressed with his work, i referred him to my friend for a big big job, did a xlnt job and on the high $ side, i had a sprinkler problem and i called Joe and he said he would stop by on his way home, he lives by me ,and he did, told me i didn't need him and to go to home depo and do it my self . i said thanks for the information and said good by . a long time later i got a bill that said i owed him $ i was surprised , that goes to show you nothing is free. My home warranty chose this company for a work order. The repair man stated to me that his was physically unable to go into my crawl space to fix what needed to be done because he had surgery. He said he was going to call my warranty company to send someone else out that what physically able, yet to find out he told my warranty company something completely different. He told my warranty that it was a pre-existing problem from before I got them. According to my home inspection, it wasn’t a problem. Very much a snake and took advantage to get his quick money.
