We converted a bath tub to a shower and a dual lav to a single. Lots of plumbing involved. We engaged Mike Salazar of On Point Plumbing for the job. The quality of his work is outstanding. From the soldering of the copper pipes to the re-alignment of the lav plumbing, Mike’s superior skill was demonstrated. The supplier of fixtures and parts was less than efficient and Mike had to make repeated visits to install them as they came in. He did so without complaint, without added charges over a period of two months. I cannot tell you how AMAZING Matt and Mike were. When my water heater went out they came a replaced it and were phenomenal then. A washer broke about a month after and they came back out. Based on their reactions, you can tell that they love their job and take it very seriously. They fixed it as fast as they could and even answered a question for me about a bath in my house and they came in, checked it out, and fixed it within 2 minutes. I am forever grateful to have Matt and Mike as my plumbers! I will never call anyone else solely due to these two. If you have had them, you know exactly what I mean!! Quick to answer my call and get back to me. Sent someone over right away who answered all my questions, gave a fair price and was very friendly. They didn't have availability to make the repair the same day, but I would definitely use them in the future.

So, my toilet needed removal and replacement. I called IHS Plumbing and a very nice lady named Taylor immediately set up at appointment with Tracy for 11:30 today. Tracy arrived on time ready to go. He removed my old commode and replaced the new one in no time flat. He was very knowledgeable and answered any and all of my silly questions. When in my garage, he notice that the recirculating pump to my water heater was not connected and did that free of charge. He also explained to me what it did. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future for any of my plumbing needs.

Dr. Plumber (Jack) fixed a leaking gas line for me pronto.Finally a contractor that cares about his reputation and quality of work while at the same time being reasonable during these tough economic times. Great communication all the way through.

Mike one of the technicians verbally stated a week without hot water was not an emergency unless we get paid extra for it and we'd have loved to pay extra for it, unfortunately Mike answered the phone at a number given to us by our home warranty company and he couldn't be more bothered to discuss the issue, cursing several times, talking over me, and laughing, belittling the fact that a house 6 people and 3 kids have no hot water, Mike and subsequently Vanallen plumbings stance that there is no emergency unless Vanallen gets paid extra (Vanguard as professionals can not assess the situation take ownership and call for a fee increase? Wonder why..... Popular football game weekend... Go figure Mike stated we just don't work Weekends to my wife after the big game they do? well if your paid extra and no football Mike and Vanallen does, but it's situational. Currently carving out as much time as I need to bring attention to Vanallen Plumbing and their core values and the pillars that make up their belief system as a business and ensure on my end that today every warranty company that gives them warranty work will know, it's my goal to hopefully show the warranty company's the reasons why they should eliminate sending work orders to them, I personally have been a technician for many years but am traveling currently or I'd have not bothered Mike and Vanallen during football, Mike refused give me his bosses number, fair. Enough but when you call every person on the website or the main number, it just goes straight to Mike.

We had a great experience with Royal Service Plumbing. Marcus was every bit of wonderful! He showed up on time and fixed our leak/valve perfectly. Most importantly, he was kind, professional, honest, and highly skilled. Top notch customer service and attention to detail.

Paul's was very good at letting us know when they were coming and it was a specific time and not a 4 hour window. Robert explained what he had tested and what things to watch for. Checked out the attic unit including checking the amount of insulation in the attic.

The person on the phone was so incredibly rude, I knew immediately this wasn’t someone I wanted to do business with. I told him the homeowner was out, so she’ll call back. He said she didn’t have to call, this was all settled, and hung up on me. If I had a pipe spewing water 100 feet in the air, and they were the last plumbers on earth, I’ll take a pass.
