We converted a bath tub to a shower and a dual lav to a single. Lots of plumbing involved. We engaged Mike Salazar of On Point Plumbing for the job. The quality of his work is outstanding. From the soldering of the copper pipes to the re-alignment of the lav plumbing, Mike’s superior skill was demonstrated. The supplier of fixtures and parts was less than efficient and Mike had to make repeated visits to install them as they came in. He did so without complaint, without added charges over a period of two months. Logan replaced the water heater at our home. Logan was very polite, and did a great job on the install. After the install, we had the building inspector come out for the final inspection and it passed with no issues whatsoever.

Mike and Lee came over to my rental house just to fix a leaky shower head. Not only did they get that done in a timely manner, they also gave me an estimate on a water line to my fridge and found a leak under my house. These guys killed it and with any other plumbing needs I may have I will definitely be requesting these two. They went above and beyond when they didn’t have to and didn’t really have the time to. I don’t leave many reviews but I appreciate hard work when I see it. Thank you Mike and Lee.

Mike and Matt came to my home after getting swapped around a few different companies through my home warranty. I have used Silver State before, and they have always been responsive and quick to schedule. This time was no different. Mike and Matt were friendly, and respectful of my requests while working at my place. They brought their own boot covers and did their best to keep things clean. When the job was done, they made sure to triple check everything they'd done before they left to make sure all was as it should be. Couldn't have been happier to have these guys assigned to me. As good as a plumbing experience could get all things considered. Thanks guys

The owner jay is super unprofessional. He was rude and outright nasty. When doing a plumbing job for a next door neighbor, they started drilling cement at 7am. The patch they were working on was 5 feet from my door and they all had proper ear protection and no one from the street had been notified of the work. When brought up to jay outside, how long the job would take, he got political and told me I should ask the president. He then proceeded to tell me that I wasn’t important enough to be notified and that he was merely trying to make a living. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else and give another good, honest and decent company your money.

An honest group of guys that takes a lot of pride in what they do. The crew was on site for over 2 months performing an industrial installation of a hot and cold water system that required silver soldering 95% of the connections. It was a large and complicated project that they were building to prints, but as those in industry know things are not always black and white between 2D prints and the actual building during an installation. I was impressed from the project’s start to finish with the company’s handling of every detail and decisions made along the way. Most of all, communication was very fast and clear, we never felt left hanging or out of the loop.

They’re not very big on advertising, but definitely one of the best plumbing contractors in town.

Root-O-Matic did a great job at our place, Johnny specifically. They thought outside the box and worked within our budget to fix our septic without just saying to get a whole new system, like two other companies did. Would highly recommend them.

I wish I had more stars to give Wiley's. I am so thankful for Wiley's and their customer service - I WAS a customer of Sierra Air, do not use them! Sierra Air came out to do yearly service, I was on their preferred service program. Technician that came, did not seem confident in what he was doing, spent time in attic and finally came down and said we have a problem, discovered the heat exchanger unit had cracks, corrosion and stress and there were traces of carbon monoxide through-out my house. Mind you, I hire a company to be able to trust them. The technician could not answer my questions, just asked if I had space heaters, I said no, and he basically had nothing to say, I called his manager, he started asking my questions like, am I experiencing headaches etc. Also, I have detectors in my house none of them have gone off. So you could imagine how I was feeling at this point. They said they would send out a new tech which turned out to be from their design department. Turned out the first technicians tools he was using was faulty and was not working properly. At the end of the day, this guy had me talked into a sale of 7K, and pretty much worked off my emotions and fear.

Luckily, I spoke with a friend, referred me to Wiley's and I got a second opinion right away, Mike with Wiley's came out right away, he was very knowledgeable, eased my mind and made me feel comfortable that I was safe. He went through my house checking for monoxide, no detection. He said I do not need to replace my heater, that my heater was working fine, there was no detection of carbon monoxide and when I do need to replace it, it would be around 4000, not 7000. I asked him if he thought I should have them service the unit just in case Sierra Air didn't do it right, he said he was not comfortable charging me for a service I did not need. He went further on to explain how the monoxide detectors work, what to do if one did go off and that if I needed anything to please reach out to him. When I asked a question, he knew the answer. I also have a friend that works at a plumbing company here in town and also said Wiley's is fantastic.

If you want someone you can trust and a company that is honest and doesn't work off commission, reach out to Wiley's they are the best and looks out for your safety and best interest

Wow! That was my wife's, daughter's and my remark after using Dr. Plumber for the first time. Jack was great! We called him at 2 PM and told him we were having a going away dinner for our daughter and we had a plugged up kitchen drain line which presented a problem. He said he could help us out even though one of his employees had called in sick that day and he was busy with his regular appointments. He fit us into his schedule, arrived on time and fixed our kitchen sink problem, and then the GOOD news, the price was GREAT - really GREAT. When I find a great service provider in the Reno/Sparks area I want to pass this information on to others. Yes, I would use him again in a heartbeat! By the way, I suggest you start using Google+, not Yelp. Yelp started charging $$$ to the business for listing client information!

Gabriel was quick, professional and polite. He cleared the clog in our drain very quickly and without any hassle. He even took a look at our kitchen faucet and tightened up the valve without hesitation.

Our AC broke while we were out of town and when we got home it was 90 degrees in our house. We called three companies to get quotes on a new AC. The person on the phone was so incredibly rude, I knew immediately this wasn’t someone I wanted to do business with. I told him the homeowner was out, so she’ll call back. He said she didn’t have to call, this was all settled, and hung up on me. If I had a pipe spewing water 100 feet in the air, and they were the last plumbers on earth, I’ll take a pass.
