*** July 2022 Update. *** 3rd call to Hawthorne for help with water problem. This time I was charged $499. to replace 7 inches of pipe, and there was still a drip coming from somewhere. Asked them to check again thinking it should have been caught on the first visit. They came out again and determined the drip was coming from the same pipe but in a different area so It would cost me $300 something more. Though they did negotiate it down to $200 something I opted to have someone else check. Before I could do that the remediation fellow said it was really coming from my hot water faucet in the bathroom. Needless to say, I didn't use Hawthorne, nor will I again.

Legitimately one of kindest individuals I have come across in the community. His work from a plumbing perspective is A+ and will absolutely speak for itself. But his kindness and legitimate willingness to help those customers he serves is far beyond anything I have experienced in the community.
