Joe Stokes and Justin Gloss arrived this morning and looked at my garbage disposal. It was beyond repair. They installed a new garbage disposal and also discovered an electrical problem. Upon review the electrical problem was minor and Joe was able to fix it easily - saving me another service call from an electrician. I've used Schwartz Plumbing for many years and have always had good, reliable service. Joe and Justin were professional, courteous and explained everything they needed to do. We had to do a full HVAC replacement. Antonio, Nelson, and Kevin were great! Antonio and Nelson showed up on time and got right to work. The job was completed without any hiccups, and they left the space very tidy. Kevin came later and reviewed the work. He did a great job advocating for his collogues.

Jake arrived early and diagnosed the problem with my kitchen faucet immediately. The faucet could not be repaired and required replacement. He agreed to wait while I ran to Home Depot to purchase a new faucet so I wouldn't have to schedule another appointment! He installed the new faucet in no time flat. Very friendly and professional. The City of Raleigh requires each homeowner to get the backflow preventer on their sprinkler system certified once a year, so I needed a licensed cross connection inspector. A neighbor recommended Edwin from PK Plumbing, who is licensed by the city. Edwin was easy to schedule, arrived at the appointed time, took care of the inspection, and submitted the certification to the city. He was very friendly and explained it all. I would definitely call them when I need this done again or for any other plumbing needs.
