Two days before Christmas my garbage disposal and pipes under my sink just fell apart. Dustin was at my house within two hours and had a new garbage disposal installed, everything working, and even checked a few things for me as a courtesy, like my water heater and water pressure. I appreciated his prompt response, his courteous demeanor, and the fact that he got everything fixed in time for Christmas!

Jason showed up on time. He is very professional, knowledgeable and thorough in his work. He made sure I was completely happy before I left and his prices are very reasonable. I would recommend him to everyone.

I contacted Golden Rule Plumbing for a water leak in the wall of my bathroom area. I contacted them through email that morning and was able to schedule an appointment for that afternoon. The two guys that showed up were professional and easy to work with on finding and fixing the leak problem. I felt the charge was reasonable for the work done. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a plumber.

I had my water heater replaced by TCR Rooter & Plumbing and I'm totally satisfied with how quickly they responded to the initial call. The night before the service, I called the plumber on call and reported a water leak. He talked me through finding the water shutoff valve and how to resolve the leak until the next day. Service was fast, the plumber was professional, and had the new water heater installed the very next day. I recommend this company to family/friends.

Had a great experience with Daniel Brothers doing some water damage repair along with kitchen remodeling. We also had a minor problem creep up 7 months later and they had someone come out and replace that with no issue. Definitely recommend.

We had an unidentified drain blockage/air flow issue that our primary plumber did not think they could help with so I hit Google and went with the highest review ratings. Super professional and responsive from contact to service completion. We knew the diagnostic and repair would not be cheap but also knew it needed to get done soon. Same morning service and resolution although advised to follow up with our sewer utility company to address a potential issue they need to address.

Great rates, takes pride and ownership of the job, and thinks outside the box. Would definitely recommend!

This team of plumbers have done a couple of jobs for us and are the most professional people I've ever met. They do great quality work at a reasonable price. Great people to work with and I would recommend them to anyone that has work they need done!!

I called the company because my tankless water heater wasn't working. They were the only company available that day and the technician arrived early, which was convenient for me. He seemed to be very friendly initially. He appeared to be not familiar with the Rinnai product. He was reading the brochure and trying to figure out what a reasonable water pressure it needed. Then, he called the Rinnai customer service, which was fine with me. When he started his call, he was reading something off the side of the unit and I thought he needed help in reading what was written. Apparently, he interpreted my offer to help as an intrusion into his service. He snapped at me telling me to basically back-off in the rudest way possible. I called their office and complained about his behavior; they reminded me that they sent me their best technician without addressing his lack of professionalism. Then, they asked him to leave. On his way out, he failed to put the unit back the way he found it. I had to remind him to put back the cover. If you want a rude genius, then, call them. Out of respect for the technician, I won't name him.

Was quoted an initial cost of $100 to do a furnace service/clean out, with additional costs for unforeseen repair, and that is a fair market cost. “After” the work was done the serviceman told us that the initial cost was $200, and he took the printed quote he had in hand and changed it with a pen. Classy. Thinking he was ripping off the company, we paid him and called the office, and they told us that the serviceman could make those changes as they see fit. To make things worse, the slob got soot all over our garage that took 2 weeks to get clean.

Considering we were falsely lead, they could care less, and they made a mess of our home, I would never recommend them. As a building professional I will also never recommend their services to any my clients either.
