Excellent service! Called @4:15pm on a Sunday, he was at my house by 5:00 and had the issue fixed by 6:30, including a run to get parts. All for an absolutely reasonable price. Can't recommend enough.

Joseph and Shawn came out today to check my toilets for any leaks. They were easy to work with and very amicable. I got an appt in a very reasonable amount of time and they were on time. They did a great job at a fair price, and my mind is completely at ease. They also cleaned up after they completed the work and left things as they found them. I would definitely hire again!

Best plumber I have worked with! TCR was responsive and easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to fix my plumbing issue on a Saturday. Their fees were also fair and reasonable. I highly recommend.

We scheduled an appointment a week ago for a free estimate, supposed to be today. Then they called this morning to say that they needed to charge us $70 to just come out and give the estimate, despite a very clear prior conversation. We planned our entire work schedule around this during a busy time and took off this morning to be here. Now, we will be spending it looking for new plumbers that are more honest and reliable.

Joe & his team were recommended to our family a couple years ago. We found them to be extremely professional , customer focused & respectful of our property . Compared to another company , not only were they more resonably priced BUT more importantly we believe they were more thorough in carefully combing through & analyzing various aspects to ensure the issue was diagnosed correctly . We were highly satisfied with this company & have used them twice .

I called to check why our humidity level is so high in our new house. Over the phone the receptionist told they will charge me $137 for the consult.They came, looked around and never touch the equipment or terrmostat and couldn’t find anything. They presented me with the bill for $474 dollars?!! I contacted another small privet AC company in Raleigh. They found several big problems in our AC equipment, repaired it in 1 hour and charged me $160. I will not recommend New Comb company .

Mike with Citywide Plumbing has work with me on several plumbing projects at my home that range from repairing hose bib facets, installing gas line extensions to new gas oven to repairing faulty drain lines to Unclogging storm drain lines from downspouts at my home. There's never been an encounter that Citywide Plumbing has not been able to handle quickly, professionally and with a fair price. I feel like I have a professional plumber on standby whenever I need something addressed and he's there immediately to take care of it. He's also a joy to get to know as a person.

I had a pretty major backup in the pipe going to the sewer. Water all over bathroom and hallway from the toilet. Santy came out on a Saturday and not only took care of the problem quickly but was extremely professional with great rates. Do not hesitate to call him. Great guy!

We are very pleased with the quality of work from Lane. Daniel ran into some issues, but stayed the course, trouble shooted and finished the installation of a new hot water heater. He was on time (actually was waiting on me) and very professional. Cannot recommend them enough!

Mr. Sampson is a terrific plumber. I wasn’t sure if I was in need of a new water heater or if it mine could be repaired. He was already out on another call but promised to stop by to take a look at it to. He stated an estimated time of arrival and he arrived at that time without delay. He is knowledgeable and honest. He gave me options. The work he did was done in a timely, neat, professional manner. He even called back to ensure I knew how to operate my new water heater. I now have a new water heater and a warranty!
