Best Water Leak Detection/Leaky Pipe Repair in Raleigh NC

I have worked with Dustin twice. First he replaced my faulty water heater, the second time he replaced my faulty toilet. Dustin was able to replace both items very quickly (same day) and for a great price. My rental property had a clogged drain last year. While other companies quoted me thousands of dollars and 2 weeks to clear the clog, TCR was able to do the job the same day for a reasonable price . They were prompt, courteous, professional, and got the job done. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional plumber.

Called on Thursday and set up an appointment for the next week on Tuesday b/c we had no water. Discussed with PlumbV our location. Company called approximately 2 hours before the scheduled appointment to say we were out of their service area. They advertise that they serve areas ALL AROUND US including g areas that are further away than out town. We are in He Derain and they advertise they serve Oxford, Kitrell, Louisburg and areas well beyond Raleigh. So now I’m a week without water and again trying to find a plumber and waiting on another appointment. They have failed to return messages where I have tried to discuss this issue. Do NOT recommend if they do this to customers. PIOR BUSINESS PRACTICE.

I called Carolina Plumbing & they were able to come out the same day. The tech was very professional and knew the problem with our faucet right away. It was just clogged with minerals because we are on a well. It took maybe 15-20 minutes. I was never told there was a $288.00 minimum for a service. I thought that was way to excessive for the amount of time for the repair.

We had Santy come out and help us with our kitchen remodel. Not only was he on time, he was very professional. Sampson Benjamin has been our plumber since we moved to Raleigh. He also is the plumber for our two grown children and their families. He is the kind of gentleman you would want in your house under any circumstances. He is always prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable.
