Best Standard Water Heaters in Raleigh NC

I would absolutely 100% without a doubt use this company. They are absolutely professional they know what they're doing they are honest it's hard to find people in different businesses like this they go through the process with you they show you and tell you exactly what they're doing their customer service is impeccable if you call or text they will call back immediately they go above and beyond. It's too bad that all these big companies who just want to lie and take money from you give these people that are working so hard on their own businesses to keep it in the area so we have people we can call on that's what I love about them they're honest. Mr. Allen the owner he's out there working along right by his his employees and the two guys that came with him to detect our problem after one of the big mainstream companies came out lied about our problem said they did something they didnt an charged us $600. Thank goodness I found GoldenRule Plumbing. I'm sorry my post is so long but I want to get across that if you need any type of Plumbing work or whatever other work that they do I would highly highly recommended all you have to do is look at the other reviews when I was searching for somebody to do plumbing around the area two people came up one person had one 5-star review he had over 52 reviews and they were all 5-star. The only one problem I wish they were able to do a little bit of everything :-) as to my heating went down and some other things around the house so if I could hire him to do everything that breaks down in my house he'd be the company in person that I call 🙂. I believe the two guys that came with them and I want to say I do apologize if I get it wrong but I believe it was Michael and Sean you guys went above and beyond as well as the first gentleman that came with Mr. Allen the first time they came out I didn't get his name he was kinda quiet but very professional and nice as well. I want to say thank you so much to all of you all. My dad thanks you as well and hopefully we'll be in touch to finish up some things. But you guys are a one if I can write you a thousand stars I would. Mr. Allen is a straight shooter and doesnt sugar coat anything. If you're looking for a company to do the things that they offer I would definitely give them a call. THANK YOU!!!!!!

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Very responsive, fair prices, I would highly recommend for any type of plumbing repair work.

Kyle and his assistant (unfortunately I did not get his name) did an awesome job of fixing some plumbing issues (valves crapping out on some sinks/water main not working properly) that popped up in our home that we had recently purchased (isn't that always the way?) They showed up promptly, got right to work and did a great job - even cleaning up. I felt they were honest/straight forward - they clearly explained what they did and demonstrated the function of them.

Will definitely keep them on speed dial for any other plumbing issues!

I was told that someone would come out here today between 1:00 and 3:00 p.m. but fortunately for me, I received a call from Sean around 11:00 saying they had received a cancellation and could come earlier if that was o.k. with me. I told him that would be great. He arrived about 15 to 20 minutes later. Sean and Bob could not have been any nicer. They were polite, went right to work installing new “pop ups” in my master bath, and finished in about 45 minutes to an hour. They were very professional, did a great job, and left my bathroom very clean. I will be very happy to refer all my friends to C.K.’s Plumbing. Thanks guys for a great experience.

Anthony was asked to come to our property for an annual back flow testing. He claimed some parts were broken in our assembly and that we needed to replace the entire thing. We told him that we decided not to do it, but he came back a few days later on his own and tried to perform repairs, where we had to remind him that we didn’t ask for that. Somehow we were still charged a diagnostic fee for the second time even though we asked them not to come back.

We ended up calling Bizzy Bee and they did the back flow testing for us….and that they found no broken parts at all.

I was extremely disappointed because Anthony came and did good work in our home prior to this (installed a kitchen faucet). I have no idea how anyone can just assume they can come back to someone’s property without permission after being told that we didn’t want any work done (in addition to lying about broken assemblies).

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
