Fantastic service. CW and his crew came out to fix our sudden broken pipe. They were on time and got to work immediately to diagnose and fix the problem. Thankfully it was an easy fix but they handled it in less than an hour.

They cleaned up and wore masks and took their shoes off. Very respectful of our space in our home.

The best part was he was fair and honest about the price which was way less than I expected it to be. I had called other companies and they wanted to charge us almost as much just to show up before they do any labor. CW was honest and said Man I hate when other plumbers try to take advantage of people.

For that reason alone I'll be using these guys again for any plumbing needs

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

I called CK's Plumbing & Backflow because my water heater was leaking. Not only were they able to come out the same day, but Sean also called me to let me know when he was on his way. He was friendly, informative & finished the job quickly. I received great customer service from the moment my call was answered until the job was finished. Because of that & Sean's job well done I will absolutely be using them for all of my plumbing needs

Wayne, tech #3112; came out to our apartment complex Meridian at Harrison Pointe and spent all day working on an issue we had here. He was very polite and helpful and came out very quick once they were called out to help us. He was clean while working and after as well. If we ever need their service again we will certainly give them a call first! Thank you Wayne for all your help and for being so kind.

Paul worked late on Saturday to replace one of our water heaters and then returned on Monday to replace the other one. Extremely professional and helpful. He kept us informed at all times about what he was doing and was very punctual.

They don't answer the phone.

We had a leak in our shower and a rusted toilet that got progressively worst to the point we needed someone to come out on a Saturday. Other companies told us we would have to wait until Monday. Roto-Rooter got us in on the same day in a couple of hours. Travis was fantastic and was able to fix our issue in such a short amount of time once he got to our home. He was knowledgeable and wanted us to have the best parts/service. Thanks Travis!

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
