Mr. Brooks Pulley from TCR Rooter spent an entire day rerouting the plumbing for us to move our laundry room from downstairs to an upstairs closet. He was on time, professional, and did great work.

We just bought a house that was built in the 1970s and has had some unconventional work done by previous owners. Each time he ran into something wonky that he had to work around, Mr. Brooks explained the situation to us clearly and made sure we knew our options and were okay with what needed to be done.

He had to take up a large section of attic flooring to investigate the old pipes and to run a drain, and he put it back together for us before he left, which was unexpected and very appreciated. He even added insulation to our water lines since the previous owners had left them uninsulated.

After he finished the work, he showed us what and where everything was. He explained things clearly and answered all our questions. He also gave us advice for the other kinds of work we would need done, and explained what we would need to watch out for during the rest of our project. Very happy with Mr. Brooks and TCR Rooter - will definitely use them when we need any plumbing help in the future. Highly recommend.

I would like to commend Mr. Edwin Lazo for the outstanding service he provided. He was very professional and a great communicator. I needed to replace the aging water heater in my attic and Edwin suggested a tankless water heater . He did a great job describing the costs and benefits and what he would do to install the water heater. When it was time to do the job, Edwin was prompt and explained everything he did. The finished work is beautiful. I am 100 percent satisfied. It's great to work with such caring professionals as Mr. Edwin Lazo. He's a very good and honest plumber. More importantly, he's a very kind and caring person. I am sure i will need the services of a plumber again, and I am honored that I now have a plumber i can turn to and rely on. Called to have them look at a potential leaky pipe in my shower. Water pressure was suddenly low, but still flowing, but was not satisfied with their response. I was told that the likely culprit was the need for a higher flow shower head, (not something you get from you local Lowes or Home Depot) or you need to clean the shower head and filter. I have already gone though the steps to clean the shower heads and confirm that this were not the issue. I have a multiple setting shower (hand-held wand as well as overhead shower head) and the low water pressure issue is on all outlets.They also told me that the water pressure looks good to me as if to dismiss my complaint and also that they could increase the water pressure to the house when I have no issue with water pressure anywhere except this one shower.Was not satisfied with the explanation or service received. Feel like I wasted my time and money for an issue I still have. I gave them 2 stars since they were responsive and did show up on schedule with good communication as to when they were going to arrive.
