Dustin came to my rescue, fixing a leaking kitchen faucet. He was on time, extremely professional and help me out when I was in a bind. I will definitely be calling on Dustin @ Urgent Care Plumbing Raleigh for my future plumbing needs.

They were prompt, courteous and I was kept informed of their work...start to finish. Mr. Allen, and the men at Golden Rule Plumbing, did a great job. On more than one occasion when I had a plumbing problem, TCR/Terry either came himself to see what the problem was, or promptly sent one of his awesome plumbing team to sort things out for me. They were prompt, courteous, well informed, and were willing to explain the work that they had done. They also cleaned up after the work they had done which was appreciated. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Juan Castillo is a very professional and transparent employee of Michael and Son's, as he replaced a hot water heater for me. Facts were presented, favors were called in to get the new hot water I wanted out of storage on a Friday evening about 6:30 pm, and all was fixed within reasonable time. I very highly recommend Juan and his work via Michael and Sons.

Mostly good experience; read entire review for explanation of the rating...Our cold water intake line beneath the house ruptured, spewing water all over the place. I cut off the supply at the street, then set about finding someone to fix the line. We normally try to give preference to local small businesses, but nobody was available on short notice. So we called Roto-Rooter. They had a guy out here within 30 minutes.Said guy's name is Herbert, and Herbert is awesome! He was prompt, friendly, professional, did a great job fixing the line, re-tested it with the water back on, showed me the repair, and was careful not to track mud into the house after working in our dampened crawl space. I then showed him our leaky bathtub faucet too, figuring he could take care of that while here. He had to drive an hour to get part needed for the faucet, but even so honored the original estimate he'd given for the work. If I were rating the experience on Herbert alone, it would be 5-star for sure.Only problem was that he stated someone else would be out as well, to assess for water damage, in case we decide to file an insurance claim -- but that person never showed up at all. So despite the excellent work of the plumber, it felt like we slipped through the cracks a bit in terms of follow-up.

Replaced our pressure tank for our well. Aso serviced our tankless water. Did not even charge extra after getting stung several times by wasps living inside the unit! My plummers for life!

A++++ experience with William Parrish Plumbing today! On time and efficient! I was having hot water issues and was sure I would have to replace the hot water heater. Turns out it was the re-circulator that was turned off. I also needed help installing a new rain shower head and that was taken care of in a matter of minutes! I will definitely call them again when we need plumbing services.
