Best Rooter Plumbing in Raleigh NC

Called TCR Rooter & Plumbing and scheduled an appointment the same day for them to come out and fix my leaking toilet. The appointment time passed and they didn't show up or call. Ended up waiting all night long (over five hours after the appointment time which was set for 3:00PM) - still no call; eventually went to Lowe's and just fixed it myself.

Have not heard back from them to this day.

So impressed with the level of service provided by PlumbV. Fast, reliable and reasonable pricing. Ken went above and beyond to help our Association out. Highly recommend this great group!

This service was very helpful to me in fixing my clogged kitchen drain; I tried everything I could think of but could not fix it myself. I also tried several other plumbers in Raleigh, and Roto Rooter was the only one that got back to me and offered a free in-home estimate. The plumber Steve was fast, helpful, informative, and gave me a break on the price since it was a quick fix for him. My only complaint was that my initial same-day appointment got pushed back so late that I had to reschedule for the next day. This was not a huge issue for me because all I had was a clogged drain.

I am currently very satisfied with the service performed in my bathroom today by Mr. Scott. He was on time, very thorough and honest with his consultation. Excellent job, if i have any other plumbing services needed i will definitely call them again. Also if anyone that i know that may need plumbing services i will highly recommend Rooter & Sons. I recently had the pleasure of hiring Metro Rooter Plumbing Cary for their drain cleaning services, and I can confidently say that they exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, their team provided excellent customer service and quality workmanship. The price for their services was very reasonable and competitive. I had received quotes from other plumbing companies, and Metro Rooter's prices were the most reasonable. Additionally, their pricing was transparent, allowing me to understand how much I would be charged for the services provided.

Technician was professional and helpful.

Unbelievable but True ~
After a week without water & $240.lost from taking off work, $76.put into Eddie’s the owners van for gas, $158. In parts they said I needed to do the job. ( another plumber said what? Why did they make you buy this?) I also paid their prior debt in full at the hardware store. $58. Eddie took $40 for gas day one, day two 7:30 AM he calls me demanding to be picked up said he slept in the woods and needed a ride to his home. Came out of the woods with a 12 pack of beer. He said his house he lived in has no power & he needed money to get that straight. $60 dollars day two, They insisted on fixing my toilet that had no problems till they fixed it. Then it would not hold water in the tank when they were done. Day 3 still waiting for the circus plumbers to fix a leak in my main water line which they said they would do no problem. Another $40. And nothing done. They tore up my yard never found the leak. Ate dinner 3 nights broke my toilet. Finally I had enough ~ one was sitting on my motorcycle the other was Grinding up the ground & my main water line. I said you can’t do that. Why are you digging with the Trencher over my water line?

Eddie left said he quit that he didn’t like the way I talked to him. Maybe he liked it when Joe later talked to him ~ Telling him to NEVER come on our property again. To date Eddie Owes us every dollar spent for a Job Never Completed. He broke our toilet we had to purchase another toilet. Eddie did nothing absolutely nothing to fix the problem yet damaged my property.
Be careful if you use this company, they are genuine con artist. I have demanded my money back & had no reply. In addition they took parts that I had purchased from the hardware store. A totally horrific experience! Worst nightmare ever!!

Update 11/7/19 ** Eddie wanted to take the water line Over my Septic Tank main drain line where the line came out from under my house ( the shortest distance) I told him he could NOT use his Trencher and place the Water line there. The Main Electric Line is also buried in this area. He got mad. He also got mad when I asked him Why he was taking his trencher grinding up my main water line. When he decided to leave he did yet he Left me without water on a Friday at 3 PM. He was told NEVER to come on my property again. I own the Motorcycle his worker was sitting on. It is Registered in My Name Only & I NEVER gave permission for either to sit on MY motorcycle. If you’re at my house to fix a plumbing issue you have no entitlement to my personal property!
To date this company has not refunded my money.

These guys were great! They arrived on time and were professional as well as courteous. They did a great job at an affordable price and it didn’t take forever!

We discovered a water leak in our crawl space during the weekend and Eric from Rooter & Sons Plumbing quickly came out to fix it and replace old copper piping. Excellent service, professional, and the pricing is reasonable. We plan on using this company for all future plumbing services.

I never got a chance to find out about their services because they don't believe in returning phone calls. I guess they don't need the business and them not returning call to messages left for them tells me how unprofessional they are.

Went with another company that did not require an upfront service fee

This company came to clear a blockage to my sewer by using a cable machine. They could have accessed the blockage using the basement instead they took the toilet out which will not be covered under warranty. I was charged $850 plus tax just for this. Stay away from this over priced company
