I recently called Jayk's Plumbing to fix my high water pressure due to a bad PRV valve. I had just received an estimate from another company and felt their price was too high and didn't enjoy the high pressure sales pitch. Jayk's Plumbing was able to repair it significantly cheaper and also came out to the house within an hour. Great, professional service at affordable pricing and NO high pressure sales pitches. I have now found myself a plumber for all future repairs and projects. Thanks!

Joseph and Shawn came out today to check my toilets for any leaks. They were easy to work with and very amicable. I got an appt in a very reasonable amount of time and they were on time. They did a great job at a fair price, and my mind is completely at ease. They also cleaned up after they completed the work and left things as they found them. I would definitely hire again!

I scheduled 3 jobs on the same day with them. The employees showed up on time...They were very professional, maintained social distancing, and were wearing masks...they did a great job on installing the water heater, and also installing the new kitchen sink hardware and the new shower hardware....I could not be more pleased.. Great company to work with, helped us with several roofing projects that were too large for us to handle on our own and also navigated several insurance claims on our behalf. Very knowledgeable in insurance claims for sure and got us prompt payments from them. Would definitely use them again.

Let me start by saying how satisfied I am with the work David Dobbs did today. I'll called him at 7:20 this morning, he called me back in two minutes, and excepted the my job to replace the water heater. David told me he would arrive at my place at noon but to my surprise he was here 15 minutes early. After a 40 minute diagnosis, he was off to the plumbing supply house to get all the materials needed to replace the bad water heater. At 3-ish we were sitting at my table for payment, the water heater was installed, and David was on his way. I would recommend David to anyone because he's courteous , affordable, and gets the job done in a timely manner.

I saw a couple of reviews on nextdoor and needed an outside faucet replaced so I called Glen at Westover Plumbing. They had someone nearby and came over same day! Fixed my problem for me no problems and diagnosed and fixed another small thing for me for free. Great customer service and neat and clean, nice work! I will use them again !

Scott was great! He quickly was able to detect the problem under the house and start the repair on our leaking pipes right away! And he even repaired an additional leak that he found while testing the water pressure, that we didn't realize was there. I didn't expect him to be able to get to it today but I'm so glad he could! Called Dave on a Sunday when I returned from a mini vacation and realized my hot water heater had busted and flooded the crawl space. Dave was immediately responsive and empathetic on the phone. His team had a new unit installed within 24 hours—Who could ask for more?

I wish i could give 0 stars. Anthony came to our house thru old republic home warranty co. Home owner beware, DO NOT call him! What a scam! He came on 2/10 to fix a few leaks under the house. Came in initially saying he didn't see any leaks. Really!!
I told him that the my husband, the inspector and our contractor both had seen several.
Finally said he saw one. Explained that the shower valve was also not operating correctly and leaking. He replaced the shower valve having to go out and come back with one. Leaving one of the screws hanging out!
I'm also asked him to fix the leak in one of the master sink faucets. This was not covered by the warranty co. He claimed to have fixed the leak charging me an additional $125. In addition to the $75 show up charge. The inspector came back to check the repairs, the faucet handle came completely off not secured properly. And only one leaking coupling was repaired.

He came back today to fix the faucet, well an hour later calls and said it cant be fixed and he would see if he could find a replacement handle. The handle as not broken prior to him fixing leak. HE broke the handle and want to charge me for another visit and parts!? I could have purchased a brand new faucet for $59 at lowes! Find yourself a qualified LOCAL plumber, not this guy from New York!

Somewhat pricey-- but you get what you pay for. Good jobs on both my ac units and my plumbing. Recommended.

Scam artists. Was supposed to be a simple pipe cleaning. They ended up flooding my bathroom and kitchen. I was about to call a water mitigation company that my insurance would approve, but they had already called one of their choosing. They didnt pay for the damages and i was forced to do an insurance claim just to pay for everything. Also, it took them almost a week just to get a toilet remounted.....they kept getting the wrong flange. Unprofessional, untrained, unlawful. Never ever use this company for anything. Also stay away from their other company Air Rescue. They did a tune up service like alot of ac companies offer, but didnt finish the work and left saying they would return the next day. While they were there, they set the ac to 67 and the the fan to on so it would run non stop, yet they had pulled the main fuse on the compressor outside, so the house got hot and the ac wont turn on since its now disconnected. This is the state in how they left things at the end of the day and telling the customer they have to wait till the next day to have it reconnected amd they wouod have to pay another service fee as well. This should be illegal to run a buisness racket like this. Both companies are corrupt and use super shady tactics to earn more money off of their customers. Please share this info with your friends and family so that they too won't fall victim to these horrible tactics.
