Two days before Christmas my garbage disposal and pipes under my sink just fell apart. Dustin was at my house within two hours and had a new garbage disposal installed, everything working, and even checked a few things for me as a courtesy, like my water heater and water pressure. I appreciated his prompt response, his courteous demeanor, and the fact that he got everything fixed in time for Christmas!

I HIGHLY recommend Gold Rule Plumbing Services! I called them on Wednesday afternoon after my original plumber cancelled because of rain (HA!). They were very responsive. I sent them pictures of my leaky kitchen faucet and the one I wanted to install and they were here first thing on Thursday morning with all the parts to get the job done! I began having water backup in my master bathroom when taking showers, and within a few days, it escalated into water AND sludge spitting out of the sinks. I was referred to TCR by my regular plumber, since it seemed to be a drainage issue. I called TCR on a Monday morning about 8:30 am, received a call back before 9:30 am that a service person was on the way. He arrived within 10 minutes, was able to diagnose the problem immediately (roots clogging our drainage pipe), and had it fixed within 30 minutes. That's what I call awesome service. I will not hesitate to call TCR again for plumbing problems, and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family in the Raleigh/Cary/Apex area.

Daniel Brothers did an INCREDIBLE job on our home remodel project and my family & I could not be more pleased. Excellent from start to finish! I called 15+ local plumbing companies on a Friday around 5pm, just went down the list on google. So glad William Parrish Plumbing was on that list. A pipe broke in half when a washer machine was being installed. We had to shut the water off. With 2 young kids, trying to figure out where we were going to stay, etc, I was stressed. By 7pm, the pipe was fixed and the water was back on. I can't tell you how appreciative we were to Scott for coming out so quickly and helping us!
