Two days before Christmas my garbage disposal and pipes under my sink just fell apart. Dustin was at my house within two hours and had a new garbage disposal installed, everything working, and even checked a few things for me as a courtesy, like my water heater and water pressure. I appreciated his prompt response, his courteous demeanor, and the fact that he got everything fixed in time for Christmas!

Had a problem with one of our toilets which was just installed a few days ago by Home Depot. It turned out the new toilet wasn't deep enough, and we were going to have to swap out two toilet bowls in our home which would have been a considerable amount of money. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and scheduled them to come on Monday. Joseph gave me an estimate over the phone so there would be no surprises. They were a bit early and sat in their truck. I mean whenever do service people arrive early! We let them in and Joseph inspected the toilets. After checking out the newly installed toilet, it was discovered the tank had not been properly tightened and was loose. Also the fill valve mechanism was over tightened and the piece had popped out which didn't allow the water to fill back up. Fixed that. Then the supply line was not tightened enough which would have caused a leak at some point. Home Depot also put the screws in upside down so the caps at the bottom of the bowl didn't go all the way down. By lowering the water level in the tank, it brought the water in the bowl to fill up about an inch or so less which solved our problem completely! So, they corrected all the problems and there was no need to swap the bowls! This saved us hundreds of dollars. The cost for the visit was extremely reasonable, and both Joseph and Chris were as helpful and professional as they could be. There are a great many plumbing companies to choose from, and I can honestly say we are so glad we called them! Bottom line, my family and I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing!

Update: It became necessary to switch the toilets which was the original plan. Chris came over ON TIME and changed both bowls himself. He was so polite and professional. When it came time to pay, they deducted the amount from the last visit! My family was so surprised and grateful! Prompt professional, experienced and more than fairly priced! Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is exceptional and has excellent customer service! I am definitely recommending them to my friends and family.

My house 's water heater leaked water on a Saturday morning two weeks ago. It was pretty bad. I called my friend and he referred me to Terry's company. After I contacted Terry, he sent his staff to my house to help, the gentleman came in less an hour, which is very fast and quick response! Very, very helpful in the situation... Terry is very genuine, a wonderful man to work with.

I asked what toilet they recommended and got an American Standard model per Joe’s advice. They even picked it up for me at Lowe’s prior to Pedro installing. Skilled, neat and courteous service. Had it a few months and could not be more pleased. Lived in Cary about 15 years and never had a plumber I liked and trusted until now. Getting ready to call them again for another bathroom. Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

Oh My Gosh! These guys have gone above and beyond the call of duty! Ordered a new sink as a gift for my son from the Lowes in Clayton. My son had surgery on his right arm and couldn't pick up the sink. I called CP&R to see if they could pick it up and do the installation They picked up the sink, took it to my son's house to install. The sink was broken, CP&R returned it to Lowes for us. When the new sink came in, CP&R went again to pick up the sink, again the sink was broken. Third try, CP&R went, again, to Lowes, checked the new sink - all was well. Installing the sink was the easy part! I appreciate Paul dealing with all the stuff at Lowes for us and not telling me to find a new guy to finish the job. Really appreciated all their help!

We have been Newcomb inspection and maintenance clients since 2011. This year we decided - with their help - to upgrade our home heating and cooling. It’s been about a month and a half since the Newcomb team finished installing our new systems. I’d like to compliment the team at Newcomb. They did a great job. Everyone we have ever dealt with at Newcomb has been professional, polite and knowledgeable. All is well here and it’s great being comfortable whether it’s hot or cold outside. The new systems perform far better than our old ones.
