I had an ancient corroded pipeline under my house with several leaky valves and fittings connecting a well to several outside faucets, plus a leaky toilet inside the house. Jason came out and gave me a very reasonable estimate for the repairs. A few days later he came back, did the repairs, found a number of other leaks in that line that sprang up while he was working, fixed all of them, and charged his original estimate. He is punctual, friendly, and incredibly competent. I would recommend him to anyone.

Chris was extremely helpful and professional with his services. He clearly answered all questions that I had and also advised me on things to look for once his work was completed if a revisit would potentially be needed. He was respectful of our space as my wife and I work from home and are on calls constantly. The time that it took to complete his services were within the time frame he initially advised. Chris also came in a tad less than the initial telephonic quote after assessing the work and my property which made for a great experience and I will trust him and this company solely going forward with my plumbing needs! Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

If you want delays, aggravation, frustration, cost overruns, Carolina Plumbing and Repair is your company. I hired them to do plumbing for my new residential construction, my biggest mistake!

They failed rough-in inspection and took almost three weeks to comeback and correct it. These guys have more on their plate than they can chew. They are grossly understaffed, they lie about scheduling, they don't do it right the first time, and hope to get by.

They are always in a rush, and do not dedicate time and effort to do it right the first time. For example, they ran the water leak test for rough-in inspection and did not take the water out from the drain lines after inspection. With cold temps the water froze and busted the pipes, this was on January 10th 2018, as of today they haven't come back to fix it. We are 3 weeks away from closing and two weeks from final inspection, these guys are still dragging their feet. They have held up other trades from completing their jobs. There are many more examples, and if I wrote them all - I would end up writing a book titled: 101 Reasons Not to Hire Carolina Plumbing and Repair.

I would not recommend them for new construction or new additions.

The plumbers came to our home within the arranged time window. They were polite and attentive to our issues and they immediately diagnosed the problems and finished the work promptly. We had an issue with 'banging pipes' when the clothes washer was running and we also had a leaky bathroom faucet. They put padding/braces on the pipes and this solved the problem; it was not a serious issue as we suspected. My wife also noted that hot water did not come to our kitchen faucet unless we ran another faucet in a nearby bathroom. They immediately realized that the kitchen faucet had a low flow nozzle; the flow was too slow to kick on our tankless water heater. They double checked the work when finished. Every things was done as promptly as possible and my wife and I could not be more pleased. Finally the cost was quite reasonable.
