Excellent plumbing service at a reasonable price at my rental house in Garner. Have had 2 service calls taken care of -a major leak in main water line repaired and later had toilet valve water wasting leaks repaired quickly. Would highly recommend Golden Rule for honest assessment and resolution of plumbing problems. Will definitely use Joseph for my next plumbing job.

Had a surprise busted water heater then a planned replacement of pipes under our house done by Midtown Plumbing and they're our go-to plumbers. Fast, professional, and explained what I needed to know. Glad to know they're there if need them and recommend them to friends.

My girlfriend absolutely wrecked my garbage disposal in an unfortunate culinary misadventure. I was certain that I was going to be on the hook for a costly replacement. Like many folks who call a 24-hour plumbing service, we had a really urgent, gross situation on our hands. And on a weekend, of course. A Sunday morning at that.Calling Roto-Rooter of Raleigh was such a great decision. They had a plumber at our house in 40 mins - wow, right?! David (didn't get his last name, unfortunatley) was friendly, calm, and knowledgable.Our house is 60+ years old so, what may've been a simple problem for a newer home, was a BIG issue at ours. Even still, David handled several hours of work with utmost dignity and grace. And it did NOT cost us an arm-and-a-leg as I would've guessed. Unbelieveably good experience!Thank you David (and Roto-Rooter)!!!

Do not use! I chose John Hutchins’ company because he seemed very knowledgeable and was priced reasonably. The project started off well enough to get the big draws, but then started dragging and dragging. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do work. Finally they just stopped showing up. I had another plumber come in to finish the job. The mistakes he had to correct from John’s guys have cost me thousands of dollars.

I called to check why our humidity level is so high in our new house. Over the phone the receptionist told they will charge me $137 for the consult.They came, looked around and never touch the equipment or terrmostat and couldn’t find anything. They presented me with the bill for $474 dollars?!! I contacted another small privet AC company in Raleigh. They found several big problems in our AC equipment, repaired it in 1 hour and charged me $160. I will not recommend New Comb company .

He made me feel very comfortable with using their services.
