Excellent service! We had two separate plumbing issues at once and were referred to Fasco thru our 2-10 warranty. The technician explained issues thoroughly & did excellent work. Vicky, in the Fasco office, was super helpful and got us on schedule quickly, then followed through every step of way. Very positive experience!

Needed a pressure reducing valve installed and Jose was great. Figured out the problem and had it installed in no time. Also got a leaky toilet fixed up while he was out. Jayk's did my hot water heater last year too and I'll be coming back to them for the next plumbing issue.

CALL TCR FOR EVERYTHING PLUMBING
I literally just erased my previous “go to” plumbing company’s contact info and replaced it with TCR’s info!! I falsely assumed TCR would be like every other plumbing company I’d ever used. Wow! I was incredibly wrong! Initial conversation for setting up the appt was with an ACTUAL plumber!! Trust me when I say that makes a HUGE difference in your time and theirs. Brooks did an incredible job! He was professional, knew what he was doing (again, that matters), got the job done quickly, and even cleaned up before leaving! You would think for all those wonderful qualities the cost would be on the higher end of average. Nope!! They were considerably LESS than other plumbers!
Already forwarded their contact info to my realtor friend. Yes…they impressed me that much!!

Had David come out to check out dishwasher/garbage disposal inspection, he was very kind, personable, upfront and honest. Will definitely call them for the installation of new appliances!

Quickly isolated the problem and proposed (and fully explained) several solutions. The problem was that it was a Saturday and the thermostat I wanted was not immediately available. So the rest of the job was scheduled for Monday.Unfortunately, scheduling problems on both sides caused the work to stretch out until Wednesday. (It turned out there was a problem with the unit itself.) The tech that came on Wednesday was able to isolate and address the unusual results the previous tech experienced. After that the install went smoothly.Both of the techs that worked on my job were very professional, polite, and answered every question I had. Overall, if you discount the problem with the unit itself, everything went smoothly.This is the first time I used Service Experts and I would definitely use them again. The phone and scheduling parts of the experience were great - quick, efficient, etc. ( And that is a big plus because my first call to them was at 11pm on Friday night!) I knew who was coming as they called ahead and felt very safe.Finally, I want to say something about both of the techs I had. Both of them were nice, patient, and very knowledgeable. That in itself made the whole experience better. I would defiantly use Service Experts (and the same techs I had) the next time I had any HVAC problem.

Good morning,The recent winter weather had damaged the fan and motor on one of my units. Jason came out early this week(Weather Master’s employees are always very communicative and prompt) and quickly identified my problem. He explained what was needed and price very clearly and even pointed out how I could save money.Received a message a couple days later that the parts were in and that Jason would be out to install yesterday. I was concerned that the rain would prevent the work from being completed and this was confirmed by Jason. I understood and told him I’d call to set up another appointment. He advised me to wait. Jason then proceeded to wait about a half hour in case the rain abated.Fortunately the rain stopped and he completed the repair perfectly. And just like other work Weather Master has done for me, upon completion, there is never a trace of debris or any sign that they were here(other than my system worked again).If it was possible to rate Jason and Weather Master higher than five stars I would. Every employee there I have dealt with has been very professional, kind and extremely patient explaining what they are doing.They are a treat to deal with.Edward Selzer

Best plumbing service around!!! I had a pipe leaking in my yard, and the leak was so large I had to keep the water off to save thousands on my bill and keep my yard from turning into a lake. Having to keep your water off during a NC summer is not fun to say the least. And as I'm sure everyone can attest to it was extremely stressful trying to get it fixed at a reasonable price. My neighbor uses Welch Plumbing and spoke very highly of Shawn. Well the day after being contacted Shawn has completely fixed it and I have water again!! A tree root had compromised the pipe, the root is now gone the pipe has been replaced, it was done so quickly and seamlessly! If you want clean, quality work, with amazing affordability, a quick response time and top notch professionalism you need to call Welch Plumbing. I know in the future this will be the only plumbing company I use!! Thank you Shawn!!
