I can't say enough good things about Midtown Plumbing. Between calling them and having a technician come out almost immediately was amazing. I must have gotten lucky with the scheduling but they were very quick to respond. The technicians were very knowledgeable and listened to what my initial issue was. From the initial assessment to any changes in the plan and to starting repairs, they were very communicative and open with the changing situation after diagnosing the problem. They suggested that I get my homeowners insurance involved to help handle the claim. The technicians were a pleasure to work with and I will be calling Midtown Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Their parts are too expensive. I was quoted two hundred twenty seven dollars for a capacitor....I looked it up, the part costs between 20 and 50 bucks.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Imagine my surprise when I woke up yesterday and I had little to zero water pressure. I googled best plumbers in Raleigh and was led to CK’s Plumbing. I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. They arrived on time, were polite, and able to fix the issue quickly without any issues. I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
