I did recent bathroom addition and hired Your Service Professionals to do the job. First, Kevin was the plumber they assigned and he was great. This guy is funny, courteous, can do everything. I am very satisfied with the workmanship. Second, Dawn is the main office person that I dealt with. She was also very courteous and kept me informed of all the activities. Overall experience with Your Service Professionals is great. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

They're on time, keep you posted, respect your property and most of all, do good work. Our technician (Rachel) is fantastic. We're on the maintenance plan so we have them out twice a year and each time it's been solid.

Brad King arrived on time and did a though job of draining our hot water tank . In response to my concerns about our main water valve he replaced it with a quarter turn valve, Brad was pleasant and knowledgeable ; we would gladly recommend to him to friends.. We found the fee to be reasonable and expect to have additional work done after the first of the year.

My wife called me and said the HVAC wasn't working. I called three reputable companies which had a backlog of a day to a few days for their service technicians. N&C told me they could dispatch someone in 20 minutes, so I went ahead with it. $103 for the diagnostics, catastrophically failed capacitor which damaged my contactor within the outdoor AC unit. The service tech replaced those components, then showed me how to clean the coils and a few other maintenance tips. He checked the refrigerant levels and did a quick leak detection inside the condenser coil, then recharged the system. It hasn't been recharged since we moved into the house 8 years ago so it was due. It's cooling well now, and some tips the service tech gave me will aid me in deciding when to pull the trigger on a new system (its 20 years old). At this point, I would recommend them based on my service tech experience and knowledge. I can not comment on the installers. They did mark up the components a bit, but it's understandable as they have to make money as well.

Excellent from start to finish! I called 15+ local plumbing companies on a Friday around 5pm, just went down the list on google. So glad William Parrish Plumbing was on that list. A pipe broke in half when a washer machine was being installed. We had to shut the water off. With 2 young kids, trying to figure out where we were going to stay, etc, I was stressed. By 7pm, the pipe was fixed and the water was back on. I can't tell you how appreciative we were to Scott for coming out so quickly and helping us!

We are very pleased with the work of Plumbing Giant and the plumber they sent to our home. He was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable in his approach. After inspecting our drain clearing issue, he was able to provide a solution quickly using only the equipment and spare part we needed.

First and foremost, Dave took my call late on a Thursday after my other contractor backed out on me. He was able to get me scheduled and work completed in a timely fashion. His technician, Jason, was very professional, on time and got the work done.

Justin and Grisham's performance in installing the gas line for a grill was exceptional. These two young gentlemen displayed a high level of professionalism and respect throughout the entire process. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of their work and their attention to detail. Overall, I highly recommend NC Green Plumbing & Rooter (Justin and Grisham) for any gas line installation needs. 5 STARs!

Excellent mechanical contractor for both business and my house. All the mechanics are polite and professional but Rick is hilarious and inventive. He fixes stuff in an hour some others think will be a daylong process. Highly recommend!
