Worked with Daniel Construction several times now. There great and easy to work with. Very knowledgeable about the field and also provided me with eduction about the process. Informed me that the work being done should be explored with the possibility of submitting an insurance claim. I did, and they essentially saved me thousands of out of pocket expenses. Eli Vanfleet gave a one of a kind service! I appreciated how he would keep me involved in all parts of his work and the plumbing process, he would teach me in how to maintain the plumbing in my home, and overall was a pleasure to work with. Blanton’s provided quick and easy service, worked with my schedule, and made me feel safe in their business by calling when the plumber was on the way and sending text messages showing a picture of the servicer and their truck so I knew exactly what, when, and who to expect at my door. I am extremely satisfied with all three of my new toilets and the rest of the plumbing services done in my home. I will definitely be using Blanton‘s services in the future!

My heat was broken of course during one the coldest weeks in NC. I called air experts on saturday night and they came sunday morning. There was no extra fee associated with the weekend visit. Preston was my repair man and he was AWESOME. Personable, explained everything in detail, gave me the next steps. Preston came out couple days later to fix my heat and his service was consistent. I so appreciate that. I signed up for the semi-annual service plan. It was worth it.

Brian came to my flooded basement around 10 pm on our last below freezing Friday night. He checked everything thoroughly and figured out how to diagnose the source of the problem creatively. (There were no burst pipes.) Brian's attention to detail and diagnosis allowed me to peacefully turn back on my downstairs heat for the night. When he finished the job on Saturday morning, I knew I had a star for a plumber!

I was really pleased with the service this company gave to me, to say that my air conditioning is still working great. From the very start, they were helpful and got to the bottom of the issues quickly. Terrance showed great customer service and answered all of our doubts as well as resolving the issue. John also is a great and friendly worker, I wish all workers showed his great attitude! I highly recommend this company not just for their great work but for their exceptional customer service.

Grayson was prompt and courteous. He went right to work checking out the system from the attic to the outdoor heat pump.
