I've given Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing all plumbing responsibilities since early 2016 (both emergency work and scheduled finish work). This has given me the opportunity to see his work on many projects, which is very consistent in quality. I just had a great experience with this company. My water heater broke/leaked yesterday and I spent yesterday afternoon calling lots of different plumbers to get quotes. The response I got from all of them was that it would be several days before they could even send someone for an estimate. When I called TCR, they immediately gave me an estimate and said they'd send someone first thing in the morning. The guy assigned to my work order showed up on time, was extremely friendly and helpful (even with unexpected things), and got the work done quickly. And now I have hot water again instead of waiting days just for an estimate. I will definitely call them again if I have plumbing issues.

The technician Andy made me very uncomfortable to the point i almost pulled my gun. In addition he was not prepared with tools or a proper tape measure. He pulled a wooden ruler out to measure my sink and took 30 min to do so.
I won’t be using them for this project.

After the replacement of my countertops to granite which included an under mounted 18G sink, Lane Plumbing came out to reconnect the plumbing including installing faucet and garbage disposal. Dan, the plumber discover a serious issue with configuration of the old plumbing pipes which would totally need to be redesigned to work with my new sink. Dan made a second trip back to his shop to get the necessary tools to meet the challenge of attaching new pipes to the sink. His years of experience as a plumber saved me more expense of having to cut into the concrete to attach piping. Thanks Dave for representing Lane Plumbing well!!!

That has been my experience with Benjamin plumbing. In addition, Benjamin plumbing unclogged my backed up tub, and sinks while washing clothes during the Thanksgiving holiday season 2016. I was lucky to have him in my state(New York) because my development emergency service could not come until 24 hours from my call. Benjamin plumbing responded in less than an hour. Finding him to be reliable and prompt on calls. He got the job done within a 2 hour window. He even assisted with the water cleanup on arrival as I was dumping buckets of water from the tub into the toilet to keep the water from overflowing out of the tub. It was a frustrating mess!! From there I became a satisfied customer and went back to finishing my laundry. I rate this company with 5 stars because of the thoughtful service, and response time. I highly recommend Chris. He was quick to respond and had our underground water leak just outside the foundation wall fixed within hours of his arrival. He completed this repair in the wind and rain associated with Ian and never complained. Thank you Chris for having our water back on in hours when we were worried it would be days. Extra appreciation for doing this repair in such nasty, wet weather.

Scam artists. Was supposed to be a simple pipe cleaning. They ended up flooding my bathroom and kitchen. I was about to call a water mitigation company that my insurance would approve, but they had already called one of their choosing. They didnt pay for the damages and i was forced to do an insurance claim just to pay for everything. Also, it took them almost a week just to get a toilet remounted.....they kept getting the wrong flange. Unprofessional, untrained, unlawful. Never ever use this company for anything. Also stay away from their other company Air Rescue. They did a tune up service like alot of ac companies offer, but didnt finish the work and left saying they would return the next day. While they were there, they set the ac to 67 and the the fan to on so it would run non stop, yet they had pulled the main fuse on the compressor outside, so the house got hot and the ac wont turn on since its now disconnected. This is the state in how they left things at the end of the day and telling the customer they have to wait till the next day to have it reconnected amd they wouod have to pay another service fee as well. This should be illegal to run a buisness racket like this. Both companies are corrupt and use super shady tactics to earn more money off of their customers. Please share this info with your friends and family so that they too won't fall victim to these horrible tactics.
