Called Jayks and immediately got a response. Although appointments full for the day he got out to my 91 year old Dad during lunch hour. Couldn’t be more grateful! My Dad is disabled has only one toilet and the best I could do for him was to cut the water off the hugely leaking toilet. Jayks went above and beyond and charged him only $45. He’s a hero in my book! Thank you Jayk!

Had problem with well pump or pressure switch. They responded quickly and professionally. Had a team out first thing the following morning. On time. Took them 5 minutes to diagnose and solve the problem. Obviously experts at what they do. Would use again and recommend highly!! They are not cheap but are reasonable....and you get what you pay for. I saw a couple of reviews on nextdoor and needed an outside faucet replaced so I called Glen at Westover Plumbing. They had someone nearby and came over same day! Fixed my problem for me no problems and diagnosed and fixed another small thing for me for free. Great customer service and neat and clean, nice work! I will use them again !

When you have water pouring into your basement that won't stop when you cut off the main water valve, you need professionals and you need them fast! Billy Soames and Eric Grimes crawled underneath my very wet house, determined the source of the leak (which is not so easily done in a plumbed and re-plumbed 1890 home) and dug and dug in the pouring rain. I almost cried with relief when they were able to completely repair the broken pipe without having to dig a huge trench from the house to the main water line. Kudos to the office staff, Valerie and Amy, who managed to get them out for this emergency and are always understanding and ready to help. A great company and wonderful people.

Woke up on a mid30s Saturday morning to a house with no water. Did some googling and found Jason Saturday afternoon. He came by an hour later, examined the remains of our 37 year old well system by going through a tough crawl space that was moved due to a house addition. Jason explained the situation very clear and we agreed with the repairs. I was expecting to hear we will see you Monday morning but to my surprise Jason said I’ll see you in the morning.
