I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Lee called ahead to tell me that he was on the way. I addition to this, I also got a text of the same and an email including his photo so I could recognize him at my door - I really liked this safety feature.Lee was extremely considerate and very friendly. He knew exactly what my heating system was and the problem he was here to repair based on notes and photos in the file that Heating Experts maintains on my system. He explained the repair and showed me the location to monitor should future problems arise. He showed me his documentation of the work he did including photos. He also provided me instructions for how to use my phone app to better control the heat parameters in my home.

I had plumbing work done today by Bob and his coworker Frank. They arrived promptly, got to work right away, were very courteous the entire visit and even took the time to communicate by phone with my husband as he was unable to be here for the service visit. The work included replacing a filter housing and relocating it to our garage (per my husband's request). The completed work looked amazing and they cleaned up any and all mess created in the relocation. I was very impressed with their work, how quickly it was done and the professional manner in which it was done. I'm so delighted to have clear water again coming into my house from our well!! Thank you very much!

QUALITY and honesty you can trust

Carolina Plumbing & Repair has come out to my home twice now. Each time, they have been on time, professional, and courteous. Most importantly, they do GREAT work, they do it quickly, and the prices are more than reasonable.

I plan on only using them going forward when I need a plumber.

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
