Best Burst Pipe in Raleigh NC

We appreciate how professional they were. Like, they called back instead of texting. Unlike another place we tried. Also their pricing is a little less than some others. They were great listeners too. Our main line was clogged under the house. So they had to auger through our laundry clean-out pipe. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend Golden Rule Plumbing to anyone else in need. ☺️❤️

On more than one occasion when I had a plumbing problem, TCR/Terry either came himself to see what the problem was, or promptly sent one of his awesome plumbing team to sort things out for me. They were prompt, courteous, well informed, and were willing to explain the work that they had done. They also cleaned up after the work they had done which was appreciated. Schwartz Plumbing is a reputable company and does excellent work. They replaced my water line between the house and meter and also did the plumbing for my kitchen remodel. But when I called them out to provide an estimate for a tankless water heater installation, they charged me $70 after the estimate was provided, to be applied to my bill if I decided to have them do the work. I had a couple other companies also provide estimates at no charge, so I especially didn't appreciate them slipping in this fee after the fact.

We had a sump pump burn out early in the am. I called Roto-Rooter around 7 and they were here by 9 a.m. It was New Year's Eve and I was really stressed about the possibility of flooding without the sump pump.John came, diagnosed the problem and dealt with it in a timely fashion and with a good attitude. I REALLY appreciated being able to call Roto-Rooter in our time of need.
