I have worked with Dustin twice. First he replaced my faulty water heater, the second time he replaced my faulty toilet. Dustin was able to replace both items very quickly (same day) and for a great price. My house 's water heater leaked water on a Saturday morning two weeks ago. It was pretty bad. I called my friend and he referred me to Terry's company. After I contacted Terry, he sent his staff to my house to help, the gentleman came in less an hour, which is very fast and quick response! Very, very helpful in the situation... Terry is very genuine, a wonderful man to work with.

Called Roto Rooter to unclog a backed up (in a pretty unpleasant way) drain in the bathroom. First visit cleared the clog temporarily but it backed up again a few days later. However, the work was warrantied and another technician came out quickly when I called after it backed up again. There and done within a few hours, with the problem solved for good. Pleasant, knowledgeable technicians each time. Not cheap, exactly, but worth it for the responsiveness and assurance of the labor warranty. Would definitely recommend.
