Best Bathroom Remodeling in Raleigh NC

An inlet pipe to our toilet broke below the valve on Christmas Eve. Mayhem. Jayk's kept it from becoming a National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation. I texted a picture of the damage, and two techs were out to our house almost immediately. They were courteous, careful, and they took the time to fix our problem without cutting through the walls. Others could have taken the easier route and hacked apart the drywall for easier access, but they saved us the extra damage. We couldn't have been happier. Thanks for saving Christmas!

Daniel Brothers were great to work with. They arrived on time and were professional and courteous. The work they did on the screened in porch was wonderful! They completed the work with much care and attention to detail. I will definitely use them again for future household projects. I highly recommend this company!

Was able to smartly handle a surprise - regulating gas pressure - without any issues. I called Swartz Plumbing at 8am, at 9am Joe came to do three plumbing jobs for us: replacing a toilet, putting new innards in a 2nd toilet, and cleaning the drain and replumbing under the kitchen sink. Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

Today (1/10/20) Michael Paulino, Tech #3444 was the service technician that was sent to take care of my plumbing problems. Michael was very professional and courteous. Micheal was very knowledgeable of his work. He took care of everything I asked and I could not be more pleased with his work. I would strongly recommend Michael to everyone for a job very well done. I would definitely have Micheal return to fix any problems in the future.

The technician Andy made me very uncomfortable to the point i almost pulled my gun. In addition he was not prepared with tools or a proper tape measure. He pulled a wooden ruler out to measure my sink and took 30 min to do so.
I won’t be using them for this project.

Do not use! I chose John Hutchins’ company because he seemed very knowledgeable and was priced reasonably. The project started off well enough to get the big draws, but then started dragging and dragging. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do work. Finally they just stopped showing up. I had another plumber come in to finish the job. The mistakes he had to correct from John’s guys have cost me thousands of dollars.

I discovered Bell Cow because my home warranty sent them out to repair a leaking water heater. I was so pleased with their work, that I signed up for the maintenance plan for my water heater and for my HVAC system.

Dawson from Bell Cow came out to perform the maintenance on my 30+ year old HVAC system. He was very professional and prompt -- called me before he arrived on time. He was courteous and considerate (put on covers over his shoes to walk through the house). He's been able to keep an ancient HVAC system running as good as new.

Definitely recommended.
