Really impressed with the service and care from the team at Mr. Rooter. We had a problem with a toilet and had initially called the company who installed the plumbing in our home. They weren't available so Mr. Rooter came to the rescue. Sam arrived and got to work on the issue. It didn't take him long to locate the cause and restore our system to its proper operation. Rick did some extensive work on my chimney chase not realizing how much work was going to be involved. Handled the job very nicely and professionally. Had him also power wash and paint my house and shed which was really faded. Due to Covid he had a hard time finding materials but prevailed and everything worked out. Very satisfied with quality and professionalism. I will differently have him come back to do other project. Highly recommended 🙂

I never got a chance to find out about their services because they don't believe in returning phone calls. I guess they don't need the business and them not returning call to messages left for them tells me how unprofessional they are.
