Arbor Plumbing & Backflow repiped our whole house within just a few days at a very affordable rate. I thought repiping a whole house was going to cost a fortune, but Arbor gave us the most competitive quote of the 4 companies we got quotes from...and their team was very professional and thorough and transparent with the whole process. After the job was completed, we had an unrelated leak in the basement, and they came out to fix it at no additional charge. Mike is the man. Larry is the man. Thanks guys.

Luke performed amazing renovations for two of my clients. One was remodeling the entire kitchen in a 100 year old home. The finished product was nicely updated and more efficient. Another project he performed was finishing a 1500 sq ft basement in a 1970 ranch home. It’s spanned many months but the project was amazing. Luke is also easy to get in touch with and not flaky like 90% of contractors out there.

I had a somewhat positive experience with this company. He fixed the water pressure reduction valve in my house. He had mentioned possibly having to break through the drywall to fix it and then gave me a quote for the fix. He hurried to get the part and put in a total of around 2 hours 15 minutes from the time he arrived at my home, went to get the part, and then finished the job. I watched him complete the job.

My only issue was with the price. I felt like it was a serious problem and I really should have comparison shopped but was worried and so I took the first plumber I came across. I later spoke with a plumber in my family and they noted came up with a quote from their company, noting that even at the high end, the price I paid was 40% higher than what they would charge. I felt ripped off.

I called to discuss it with him and I was staying positive because he really was friendly with me during the job. I would have understood better if he just said the part was this much money, the work was this much, and so forth. I wasn't even given a receipt. Instead he got defensive when I tried explaining my thoughts.

It's my fault I know. Just go in aware.

We were very happy with the service that they provided - the plumber arrived early and was friendly, informative and competent. He was able to quickly assess the problem, which was a clogged drain, and he had the necessary equipment and spare parts.

Had a clog in my sewer main and these guys were out within the hour (at the end of the day) to fix this for me! Super quick, and very professional!

Alan Was great I was having an issue trying to install a New light Fixture in my Master closet. Well I called and he heard about the problem and then Diagnosed that the wiring was not done right from the Contractor and instructed me what I need to purchase from the Home improvement Store to have to proper stuff for install and then he came the next Day and fixed the problem installed a new light fixture and even told me how to fix a Wobbly Ceiling Fan. Alan Rock We will definitely call him for anything I can't fix at my house.

I had an outside leak which caused my water bill to jump to $500. Richard came out right away to assess what needed to be done. The leak was found quickly and repaired for which I am very thankful. Great service at a great price.

I used Project Services on three separate occasions a number of years ago. Each time, they were thorough and professional. The first time, they were the second company brought in to look at replacing a water heater. They walked me through the potential complicating issues first and did not try to up sell me on anything.

The second time, a different person replaced a vanity and faucet, and made sure it looked right despite not having access to the same tiles. The third time, they quickly diagnosed and fixed a shower/bathtub leak at pretty minimal cost.

In each instance I was at the mercy of professionals who easily could have upsold or over-charged me. I really appreciate how they run their business here.

I actually didn't contact with Progressive. This was part of a Home Depot flooring project and Home Depot contracted with them. But when I had to reach someone about a change in the project, it was a nightmare to get ahold of the right person. I would get transferred, put on hold for long periods of time, then disconnected. I would NEVER do business directly with this company. Beware.

Caleb was my tech and did an outstanding job. He assessed and realized what was needed. He took care of the repair and communicated the problem. I highly recommend their services and Caleb!

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
