Eric Murphy was our service rep. He is a true Professional. He explained everything he was going to do. He did a great job and when he was finished he made sure the work area was clean. This is the third time in 3 years we used them. My wife and I highly recommend both Eric Murphy and Rooter and sons.

Omar is fair and reasonable. I called him because my sewer was backed up and flooding my house. He was available the same day to come and help. He did not up charge me or try to rip me off in any way. Unfortunately, I had called a different company two days before for the same issue. They overcharged me and they did not even fix the problem because it happened again two days later. They did not guarantee their work either so when I called them back to say the problem wasn't fixed they refused to come out again unless we paid them again. Omar came, cleared the backup in the sewer, charged half what those other guys charged, and actually fixed the problem. He also guaranteed his work and promised to return if the problem wasn't solved.

I was so pleased with his level of service and his honesty that I hired him for another job to repair a long-standing problem with the toilet support plate. He came on time and fixed the toilet and reinstalled a new one for us. It was a lot of work for him, he had to cut out pieces of the floor in order to repair the support for the toilet, but he didn't add to the quote. He charged what he originally quoted and didn't try to get more money from us or sell us anything we didn't need. I find him very honest trustworthy and reliable which is exactly what you want in a plumber.

Just wanted to give a shoutout to the plumbing company that went above and beyond to fix my busted water heater. You even took the time to show me some preventative maintenance tips to keep it from happening again. Thanks for the extra effort.

He was very polite and had my drains cleared in a few minutes and told me why my drains had clogged to begin with.

Tyree and Journey were great and very professional. Would highly recommended those two! Had a water break and flooded half the house. Those two worked with me and my work schedule on coming in everyday and running dryness checks. They also helped answer any questions I had. ESR, in general, was easy to work with and had a lot of great help with the entire insurance process. Thanks Tyree and Journey!

Rick did some extensive work on my chimney chase not realizing how much work was going to be involved. Handled the job very nicely and professionally. Had him also power wash and paint my house and shed which was really faded. Due to Covid he had a hard time finding materials but prevailed and everything worked out. Very satisfied with quality and professionalism. I will differently have him come back to do other project. Highly recommended 🙂
