Best Plumbing Drain in Raleigh NC

I had a drain clogged at 430 on a Friday! I truly wasn't expecting to get service today. But KC with Redco replied back, called me to get an understanding of what the problem was and was at my house within an hour! He asset the problem and explained it to me as he was fixing the issue. Professional the entire time as well as keeping me in the loop of what was going on. Will definitely use this company again. Flawless customer service!

Justin came out to diagnose my water heater issue and fixed it quickly. I will call him again next time i have a plumbing issue

Had such a great experience with this company. After much unnecessary stress caused by my home warranty company, Joe came in a reassured me that he could get this job done and for me not to worry. This was great to hear because I’m 39 weeks pregnant and did not need any extra staff. His crew came in, very punctual, professional, and respectful and got all our plumbing replaced before baby arrived. Could not have asked for a better crew to come in and fix our problem. I had to call ESR when the arctic storm came through and pipes were burst all over town. ESR came out in two days when it took 2 weeks to get a call from the wait list of other companies.

They were professional, walked me through the process every step, were thorough in examining the damage in my unit, and took great care of my personal items during the flood cleanup.

The billing process was great, they worked with my insurance and I didn't have to worry about anything. I would 100% recommend them if you're in need.
