ARC had been referred to me by my realtor. I purchased a home and a week later the water heater started leaking. I called ARC and they sent someone out the next day to take a look at my hot water heater. Benjamin gave me 3 options in regards to repair or replacement. Since the part was hard to find, I ordered it online and called ARC back when it had arrived for installation due to multiple issues with my hot water heater. I would recommend them to anyone. Benjamin is super knowledgeable.

Purchased new house in May 2018 and after moving in realized we had horrible water pressure in house and outside hose faucets. We contacted them and they sent plumber out to tell us it was because we had 3/4” meter from the city that was causing our problems. Called city and they checked the pressure with no issues on their side and all meters are 3/4” in island. Not to mention both our nieghbors have great pressure. So we called a plumber and he pointed out they ran 1/2” lines they the entire house which is why we have no water flow. Our outside faucets barely spray 6’ with sprayer nozzle. Needless to say neither SECOF or the plumber they hired Rural plumbing wanted to fix the problem. There only response was that it passed inspection.

I am currently very satisfied with the service performed in my bathroom today by Mr. Scott. He was on time, very thorough and honest with his consultation. Excellent job, if i have any other plumbing services needed i will definitely call them again. Also if anyone that i know that may need plumbing services i will highly recommend Rooter & Sons. I called a plumber before I'm not going to give the name of that company and made a appointment this company give me a 2pm appointment never came I called again they said they would be able to make it by 9pm never showed up or called.! I called Eric and made a 11:00 PM appointment and he came right on time. He made sure that everything was working properly before closing up the wall clean up all the mess on the floor Eric was fantastic and did a great job & great price !

I worked with Randy, David and team on a new bath (shower and vanity faucet) installation. They ran all new plumbing up to a 3rd floor and were exceptionally professional and great quality the whole way through. Great on follow up and execution. Would recommend to any looking for a plumber!

Jacks is an excellent example of professionalism. He was very efficient in identifying our issues and fixing them within a day. I am very happy with the service I received.

I called Mike and asked him what it would cost for a behind the refrigerator shut off valve and box. I explained that I had a copper wire to the ice-maker and was getting a new fridge which they would not deliver and hook up with the copper line to under the house. He quoted me a price of $89. When he arrived the next day he told me that the box would be too expensive that all I needed was a replacement hose for the copper one with a valve to shut off the water on the hose. Then he said he didn't have any money to get the part so I gave him a check for $50. Then he wasn't sure if he had his drivers license on him (he drove to my house.)

Well he got the house, replaced the copper one and then told me it would cost me $133. over and above the $50. I already gave him for the hose. HE NEVER TOLD ME IT WOULD COST MORE THAN THE $89. he originally quoted. I said that to him and he just insisted that I write another check. I will never call this place again!!! HE CHARGED ME $183.!

And today the refrigerator came and the hose he installed is not the correct one! I called and texted him and he says he will call back and does not! This is theft!

I have used Joe and Brent at least 6 times now and could not be more happy with every single instance. Smart, thorough, professionals with very competitive pricing and they are quick to respond. They did an entire home plumbing replacement for a fixer upper for my sister, another detailed series of jobs for my other sister and just finished more work at my home. My family digs Nature of Water plumbing. One of the best tips I have ever received when a new neighbor told me about them. I wish I knew them sooner after being very disappointed with a competitor's job on my brand new water heater that leaked all over in less than 48 hours.

The worst. Came to clean pipes and didn’t even have the proper equipment. He used my paper towels to clean the pipes. I live in an apartment complex that has a gnat issue and he kept saying “there isn’t anything we can do about it, this cleaning isn’t going to help”. I asked him if he had a brush to get deeper into the pipes and some sort of spray. He said he couldn’t spray, because if he did, it will go to my neighbors apartment, and he didn’t have a brush on him. Very inexperienced. Would not recommend.
