I called Cary Plumbing because of a clogged main sewer line & they were able to fit me in only 2 hrs later. Rich was the plumber & he was great! Very professional, honest & trustworthy. He used machines to clear the line, then the Town of Cary had to clear the line on their side. Rich made sure everything was handled correctly with that also-- not leaving until he knew everything was OK. This was less expensive than I expected. I've had many plumbers do work in the past, with varied results. I will definitely call Cary Plumbing for any future plumbing needs. I told my neighbors I highly recommend them, & will ask that they send Rich again if possible!

Brandon did an excellent job of going over the maintenance of my HVAC. He answered all of my questions.

I contacted NC Water Heaters back in September. I had been planning for sometime to replace my water heater that was located in the attic, a place a 40 gal water heater should not be. First off I surprised that I got a one day response for them to come out and give me an estimate of the work to be done. I wanted a tankless water heater. I met Brandon Johnson the project manager when he came to give me an estimate of the job. I very much impressed with his information right away on how the work could be done and the cost of the project. On the same day I got an estimate I could sign off on and the next day an appointment for the actual work to be done. Loved the quick response that. On installation day, or I should say water heater conversion since I was going from one type of water heater to another type. The crew arrived on time, Jason an installer and Lee the electrician and Tew. All were great to work with and able to explain any questions I had. Soon after Brandon arrived to oversee the project and at the end gave me a very good instructions on the workings of the tankless water heater . I can say that I highly recommend them for how well the work was done and how well they were both professional and responsive to any concerns and questions I had. I am looking forward to using their service in the future for any needs I may have for plumbing or electrical.

I called Justin in the morning to get my new water meter connected to my irrigation system. He came over that afternoon and got it hooked up. Much appreciated.

Don' make the mistake of hiring these people!!

David and Terrence at Mandolin have gotten me out of alot of tough scrapes. Always professional and willing to work me in their schedule if there are slots available when emergencies arise. They are my go-to contractors for everything HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical. I do not use anyone else.

I don't recommend him. Easy to work with during the initial work. Workmanship failed right after the year warranty was up and repair cost us. Person with him said rubber pipe section that was used originally was too short.

Chris came by to fix a leak that was under warranty, which may have been a freeze issue, at no charge. We talked about the problem I described above. Both of us have a better understanding of each other's point of view. I do still have concerns, but I changed from 2 stars to 3, and WILL consider using him again, at which point I will update my review accordingly.

I have a 30 year old townhome and things are just aging and need replacement. Rooter & Sons came through again! I needed the laundry hookups and exterior hose bib replaced for closing. They were available, responsive, clean and finished in the time I needed. I know I can count on them to be knowledgeable, fair, and professional. They are my go to plumbers. Thank you for another job well done!

Jason was awesome and now my mini split is working great

I hired Omar twice, once at my rental unit to fix a leaky gas line and once to swap out a gas control valve on my water heater. Both times Omar showed up on time and did a clean professional job. Having used Omar's services twice now I can highly recommend his services. I know he's the first call I'll make for future plumbing needs.

Plumber came so quickly after our call and was vigilant to get our problem solved. I can't thank him enough! It's great having strong water pressure again! Thanks you again for doing a great job.

Specialist was unbelievably proficient, extremely quick and made sense of everything as he came. He fixed awful lines that were placed in by one more handyman taking when pictures. Everything is working impeccably. I'm excited with his work! Thank you kindly Local Plumbing Tampa.
