We had a major water leak on the outside of our building. Executive Plumbing was able to take care of it professionally with minimum down time for our water. Great price and service.

Kyle and Anthony were very nice and professional. They came to help fix my hot water heater; which was not producing any hot water. After some trouble shooting they discovered a leak and I needed a new gas central valve on the heater because it was cracked; they also replaced some old pipes. Once the part came in another plumber returned ( can't remember his name but he was awesome too) to install it, which took no time at all. After all of that I was getting warm water, but not as hot as it should have been; so I gave them a call back. The third time was a charm because Kyle discovered that the valve that was mixing cold water with hot water as it enters your home ( so you don't melt your skin off) was no longer functioning ( he even showed me so I could see with my own eyes, it was also over 25 years old). Once that was replaced everything was perfect!!! Everyone I spoke with over the phone and all the folks that came out to my home were AWESOME and so friendly. I had no problems getting appointments and they were always on time.

A++++ experience with William Parrish Plumbing today! On time and efficient! I was having hot water issues and was sure I would have to replace the hot water heater. Turns out it was the re-circulator that was turned off. I also needed help installing a new rain shower head and that was taken care of in a matter of minutes! I will definitely call them again when we need plumbing services.

Kevin did an outstanding job, assessing not only the water heater issue, but uncovered problems with the accumulator in the system as well. Outstanding service, prompt courteous, clean, and did an a great job communicating on exactly what he was going to do and how he would do it. The work came in exactly at the estimated amount. We were very happy with the service that they provided - the plumber arrived early and was friendly, informative and competent. He was able to quickly assess the problem, which was a clogged drain, and he had the necessary equipment and spare parts.

Do not use this firm. Called to give estimate. Did not provided an itemized estimate. Asked for one before I paid bill. refused to provide me one. His quote was for over double what other firms quoted and he never provided an itemized estimate. Beware!

I had to have a drain replaced in my shower stall. It was far more complicated work than anticipated and Eddie worked at it until the problem was solved. As they say, by the work, one knows the workman. Highly recommend Affordable Plumbing and Eddie!

Ryan Disobo was our technician, while he couldn't fix the issue with our shower due to the lack of parts in our area and the fact that our faucet is not common, he was very helpful, responsive, and easy to deal with.

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
