We had an emergency plumbing issue in our home, and we reached out to Plumbing Giant for help. We were very happy with the service that they provided - the plumber arrived early and was friendly, informative and competent. He was able to quickly assess the problem, which was a clogged drain, and he had the necessary equipment and spare parts.

We recently purchased a home in the Raleigh area, and soon thereafter we were notified by the local water company that there was a significant leak somewhere on the property. We spoke with many different plumbers, but Eddie was clearly the best choice. He has more years of experience than I've been alive, charged reasonable rates, and was able to schedule a visit on the same day.

Once he was on-site, he identified the leak was within our irrigation system and was able to quickly shut off the leak without disrupting the flow to the house. He, unfortunately, didn't have the equipment to complete the repair, else I would have certainly contracted him to do so.

Overall, Eddie is a straight shooter and the type of person you'd comfortably recommend to friends and family - not just to random people on the internet!

A B Plumber? I wouldn’t even score them that high. DON’T BOTHER CALLING THEM, they won’t show up. No call. No email. They don’t respect your time - that I had to take off work and plan my day around this. Terrible customer service, completely unprofessional.

Progressive Service Company, Clint Frazier and John Healey did a great job replacing my water heater. The work was done quickly, efficiently and under budget. The work was completed within 36 hours over a holiday weekend, including sourcing parts. Clint and John were extremely helpful, transparent and courteous. My garage was cleaner after they was done than when they started. They did a fantastic job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

The technician was on time , he performed the job. But I just felt that he wasn’t trustworthy. He told me that the whole faucets couldn’t be repaired. I had to buy a brand new expensive set of faucets to fit my kitchen sink. The odd thing is that he took the old set with all the components without even asking me. It makes me wonder why? Could it be repaired? He didn’t even let me see it. I just installed a brand new sprayer two weeks prior. He took it!!! I had to ask him to return it so I may have the opportunity to return it. It just wasn’t a good experience.

What was initially outstanding service turned into an inflated estimate for follow up work [tried to charge me a for a septic tank locate that was completed on the first trip] and a series of rescheduling of the follow up work based on the weather and their staffing issues. I was as flexible as possible with the rescheduling of the outdoor work due to weather, Matthew's Plumbing was not willing to work with me on any schedule but their own.

We have used Legacy often over the past few years, to help us fix a number of plumbing issues in our new and previous houses. They are the only plumbers we use - they are amazingly professional and smart. They have had to come up with some creative solutions for a number of unique issues we had. They always deliver - top notch service and performance at a very reasonable price.

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
