My house was built in 1969, so you can imagine the work that needed to be done. I had company coming in town and I needed someone to get to me as soon as possible. I called three companies and they all couldn’t get to me quick enough. I called rest assured plumbing and they got to me not only quickly but they knew the issue immediately. They unclog my drains and replaced 10 feet of pipe!! They guarantee the work for a whole year! Will definitely be calling them again...I know the old house will need more work!!

Very timely response. John Gehringer did a great job of unclogging the bathtub drain as well as checking sinks and toilets to verify whether a single or multiple source issue. He was very polite and explained the equipment he used. This was my first time using Rooter & Sons and was able to schedule quickly. I will be calling on them for any future plumbing needs and readily recommend them.

Executive Plumbing did a fantastic job in replacing my water heater in a very professional and friendly manner. The service tech was very friendly and knowledgeable of the problem and efficient in fixing and replacing the damaged equipment. Kyle and Anthony were very nice and professional. They came to help fix my hot water heater; which was not producing any hot water. After some trouble shooting they discovered a leak and I needed a new gas central valve on the heater because it was cracked; they also replaced some old pipes. Once the part came in another plumber returned ( can't remember his name but he was awesome too) to install it, which took no time at all. After all of that I was getting warm water, but not as hot as it should have been; so I gave them a call back. The third time was a charm because Kyle discovered that the valve that was mixing cold water with hot water as it enters your home ( so you don't melt your skin off) was no longer functioning ( he even showed me so I could see with my own eyes, it was also over 25 years old). Once that was replaced everything was perfect!!! Everyone I spoke with over the phone and all the folks that came out to my home were AWESOME and so friendly. I had no problems getting appointments and they were always on time.

We called Kevin with Cub’s Plumbing because our old tank water heater started leaking and gave out. When Kevin arrived he was courteous and quickly diagnosed the problem. Our old water heater could not be repaired. We went over the different options and decided to go with a new tankless water heater. Kevin came back the next day and installed the unit in one day! We had hot water again! We couldn’t be happier with the level of service and attention to detail that Kevin showed. We will definitely call Cub’s Plumbing in the future.

Mr Rooter was third plumber who looked at problem and only one with a solution that did not require tearing up concrete.

Do not use this firm. Called to give estimate. Did not provided an itemized estimate. Asked for one before I paid bill. refused to provide me one. His quote was for over double what other firms quoted and he never provided an itemized estimate. Beware!
