Best Water Heater Repairs in Raleigh NC

My well pump stopped working. I actually have a home warranty contract, but they said they didn’t have any contractors in my area to fix a pump. Finally, after complaining about paying for a service and not getting it, they found one to come out in 10 days. Seriously, try not having a shower or being able to flush your toilet for 10 days! (First American Home Warranty if you’re wondering). I tried contacting some plumbers but for some reason got no call backs. When I called Affordable Plumbing I got someone right away and gave my information. Eddie called me back and set up an appointment and was there when he said he would be. Unfortunately,
my system was set up differently than most apparently, and he said he would be back that evening or the next day. He came back that evening and installed the new upgraded system that I had requested in in a short time . Now I have better water pressure and a much quieter pump. I would use this company again.

Jeremy and his son was awesome to work with!!! They knew what they was talking about when it comes to plumbing....he told me things I didn't need to replace that other company said I needed to. They came time frame they said they would did the job in timely manner even assist in another plumbing situation that wasn't part of the service. Price as well as very reasonable!!!

We are very pleased with the work of Plumbing Giant and the plumber they sent to our home. He was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable in his approach. After inspecting our drain clearing issue, he was able to provide a solution quickly using only the equipment and spare part we needed.

These guys are pros. Everyone I spoke to was sharp and attentive, the techs arrived ahead of schedule, they immediately ascertained the problem, and they solved it along with another issue that I wasn't even aware of. Would absolutely call JR Lane again.

Very professional, good with advice to save you money. They were out of town when I called them for an emergency repair (ruptured main line pipe under the house), and told me it would be two days before they could come out. Since we are hurricane prepared for two weeks, I told them that was fine. They called the next day and said they finished that job and were 30 minutes out, and asked if they could come by for the repair. EXCELLENT SERVICE! Great value for the money. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!

Mark came out after one of their licensed plumber (thanks Travis) to discuss our options to repair the horrible work another company did just a few months ago. Mark offered us several options so we could make the right decision for our family. I called in the morning and Air Experts staff were all so responsive and professional from my first call (thanks Vicky) to the two licensed plumbers that came out the same day! My water heater will be corrected on Wednesday. Great service! Thank you Air Experts for actually caring about my family.

Update to what’s below:
It turned out the leak returned shortly after Cory left. I let them know and Cory returned and truly fixed it for no cost. We have a well system so the sediment needed to be cleaned more thoroughly.

This indeed was a challenging job. I appreciate their desire to make it right.

I had a leaky shower faucet. The cylinder and cartridge needed removed but was damaged.

I provided the new cartridge and trim kit.

Cory was on time and professional. Removing the cartridge was a beast of a job. I’m ver grateful Cory got it out, replaced it and put the kit on.

Only two issues prevent me from giving a five star rating.

He did leave the floor of the shower dirty and there were some sharp pieces of the previous cylinder left there.

I was not given any cost info up front and he struggled to explain why there was a line item for the new cylinder which I provided.

I was more than willing to pay for labor but shouldn’t need to pay for any parts.

Ultimately we agreed the line item ultimately represented labor after we reduced the cost. But it was an odd way of characterizing the work.

Overall I do recommend Redco as they are prompt to respond and do the job correctly.

These guys were great! They arrived on time and were professional as well as courteous. They did a great job at an affordable price and it didn’t take forever!

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
