They scheduled date and time and even with rain in the mix, all went super great. Price was fair, service was very professional and cleaned up yard to my satisfaction.

Professional when I spoke with them, but unhappy with the result. Met a person at work site for an estimate and was promised follow-up shortly. Had to call back three times and it took almost 4 weeks for them to call me back - only to tell me that they didn't do that kind of work. Certainly don't appreciate that.

Very timely response. John Gehringer did a great job of unclogging the bathtub drain as well as checking sinks and toilets to verify whether a single or multiple source issue. He was very polite and explained the equipment he used. This was my first time using Rooter & Sons and was able to schedule quickly. They are fantastic. Our plumber was honest about my issues and what it would take to fix them. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix and even uncovered an issue that is not pressing now but could become a major issue in the future. I was very satisfied.

Finding a consistently good plumber is a great thing. We just installed a Rinnai hot water system, and a Halo 5 water filter on our 10-yr -old house. We love working with Will who is both imminently qualified and patient as we learn the new technology. We also had the plumbing home inspection, and caught a number of problems before they presented while we had family visiting. Will is proactive, practical and wise in his recommendations.
