I wish i could give 0 stars. Anthony came to our house thru old republic home warranty co. Home owner beware, DO NOT call him! What a scam! He came on 2/10 to fix a few leaks under the house. Came in initially saying he didn't see any leaks. Really!!
I told him that the my husband, the inspector and our contractor both had seen several.
Finally said he saw one. Explained that the shower valve was also not operating correctly and leaking. He replaced the shower valve having to go out and come back with one. Leaving one of the screws hanging out!
I'm also asked him to fix the leak in one of the master sink faucets. This was not covered by the warranty co. He claimed to have fixed the leak charging me an additional $125. In addition to the $75 show up charge. The inspector came back to check the repairs, the faucet handle came completely off not secured properly. And only one leaking coupling was repaired.

He came back today to fix the faucet, well an hour later calls and said it cant be fixed and he would see if he could find a replacement handle. The handle as not broken prior to him fixing leak. HE broke the handle and want to charge me for another visit and parts!? I could have purchased a brand new faucet for $59 at lowes! Find yourself a qualified LOCAL plumber, not this guy from New York!

I don't recommend him. Easy to work with during the initial work. Workmanship failed right after the year warranty was up and repair cost us. Person with him said rubber pipe section that was used originally was too short.

Chris came by to fix a leak that was under warranty, which may have been a freeze issue, at no charge. We talked about the problem I described above. Both of us have a better understanding of each other's point of view. I do still have concerns, but I changed from 2 stars to 3, and WILL consider using him again, at which point I will update my review accordingly.

I have used Rooter and Sons twice for emergency leaks and have been very satisfied with their responsiveness and professionalism. The second emergency was this past Monday. The woman answering the phone was very nice and dispatched someone immediately and it was already 4pm. Scott arrived and replaced a cracked pipe at my water meter. He worked hard and did a great job! The only concern was I felt like the charge was excessive, but I was without water and needed help. My bill was not itemized, so I don't know what was costing so much, but that wasn't on Scott. He did a great job.

Was quoted an initial cost of $100 to do a furnace service/clean out, with additional costs for unforeseen repair, and that is a fair market cost. “After” the work was done the serviceman told us that the initial cost was $200, and he took the printed quote he had in hand and changed it with a pen. Classy. Thinking he was ripping off the company, we paid him and called the office, and they told us that the serviceman could make those changes as they see fit. To make things worse, the slob got soot all over our garage that took 2 weeks to get clean.

Considering we were falsely lead, they could care less, and they made a mess of our home, I would never recommend them. As a building professional I will also never recommend their services to any my clients either.

We had an emergency situation where our shower faucet would not shut off. We called Mr Rooter during after hours and was beyond satisfied with their service! They sent us Mr. Zane who was prompt. He was so attentive, informative and patient. We will definitely recommend and will use them for future plumbing services.

I have a Tree Service in the Tulsa area, and
when we get called to a residence for a tree on a house that has cause damage to the house, I recommend Tyler. He is very fast to respond and once he meets with the costumer he makes them feel at ease. He handles everything with the insurance company and gets things started quickly. He is very knowledgeable and I would recommend him and his company to anyone.
