We are very pleased with the work of Plumbing Giant and the plumber they sent to our home. He was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable in his approach. After inspecting our drain clearing issue, he was able to provide a solution quickly using only the equipment and spare part we needed.

I have been using Legacy Plumbing for at least 12 years - maybe longer. They are incredible! They have never let me down and have helped us in various emergencies as well as many other situations. They have been instrumental with helping us make improvements as needed such as a water softener, carbon filter, reverse osmosis, hooking up gas to grills, new toilets, water heater replacement. etc. . I have used them for 2 of our homes now and their work is top quality. Everyone from Legacy that has worked on any plumbing situation in my house has been very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. They will ALWAYS have my business!

Lane plumbing saved us what could be have been thousands of dollars in unnecessary work that would have resolved nothing! We called them for a second opinion after we had a funny feeling about a quote we got prior with a different company. Turns out it was a city issue all along and Lane Plumbing stayed until the city got there to vouch on our behalf. These are old fashioned trust worthy people!! I will only EVER be using Lane Plumbing for any future issues.

I contacted Cary Plumbing because of a water line leak. Sadly the waterline had to be replaced. I could not have asked for a more dedicated and efficient group of people to do the work. They were informative, courteous and went above and beyond to get this taken care of for me. 5 stars is not enough to express my appreciation and satisfaction with the service I received!

Justin and Grisham's performance in installing the gas line for a grill was exceptional. These two young gentlemen displayed a high level of professionalism and respect throughout the entire process. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of their work and their attention to detail. Overall, I highly recommend NC Green Plumbing & Rooter (Justin and Grisham) for any gas line installation needs. 5 STARs!

SCAM ARTISTS DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They installed an HVAC system on my property, said they would pull permits, added thousands to put it up to code and (1) They DID NOT PULL PERMIT! so now I have an un-permitted HVAC system, (2) an un-permitted HVAC system will not be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and (3) the $2,000 they charged me on top of the cost of the system to bring it up to code was FALSE - they made it up to take another $2,000 from me. They saw a middle aged, kind woman and thought they could scam her - well guess what? I am an attorney and I will NOT let you get away this!! This is criminal, fraudulent activity and negligence as well since you have installed something that I CANNOT have inspected! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Omar did a great job with fixing the heating in my bathroom! He fixed it around January and there’s been no problems at all!

Tyree and Journey were great and very professional. Would highly recommended those two! Had a water break and flooded half the house. Those two worked with me and my work schedule on coming in everyday and running dryness checks. They also helped answer any questions I had. ESR, in general, was easy to work with and had a lot of great help with the entire insurance process. Thanks Tyree and Journey!

Rick got to the source of problems we didn't know were the cause of our problems and fixed them so that they looked good as new and functioned perfectly. Cleaned up after himself, leaving things better than he found them. Communicated very well and met all of his promises.

Went with another company that did not require an upfront service fee

Scam artists. Was supposed to be a simple pipe cleaning. They ended up flooding my bathroom and kitchen. I was about to call a water mitigation company that my insurance would approve, but they had already called one of their choosing. They didnt pay for the damages and i was forced to do an insurance claim just to pay for everything. Also, it took them almost a week just to get a toilet remounted.....they kept getting the wrong flange. Unprofessional, untrained, unlawful. Never ever use this company for anything. Also stay away from their other company Air Rescue. They did a tune up service like alot of ac companies offer, but didnt finish the work and left saying they would return the next day. While they were there, they set the ac to 67 and the the fan to on so it would run non stop, yet they had pulled the main fuse on the compressor outside, so the house got hot and the ac wont turn on since its now disconnected. This is the state in how they left things at the end of the day and telling the customer they have to wait till the next day to have it reconnected amd they wouod have to pay another service fee as well. This should be illegal to run a buisness racket like this. Both companies are corrupt and use super shady tactics to earn more money off of their customers. Please share this info with your friends and family so that they too won't fall victim to these horrible tactics.

I never got a chance to find out about their services because they don't believe in returning phone calls. I guess they don't need the business and them not returning call to messages left for them tells me how unprofessional they are.
