I was surprised how thorough he was checking controls, motor start capacitors, coolant levels, just a general thorough checkup. I feel comfortable that my home is ready for the summer.

Very poor telephone manners. I called with a business matter and the lady that answered was very short and rude and hung up on me twice. Not professional at all. I suggest they change the person who is the first contact with the public. She is not suited for that job.
