After discovering a leak in my crawl space I called Mike to see if he had time to come have a looksee. He immediately told me his availability FOR THAT DAY and when he came he discovered the leak was from the water shut off in the house and he commenced to promptly fix it!! Mike has converted a bathtub to a shower in our home and other smaller tasks, he is quite adept at his trade and personable too!!

Keith Boykin and his brother came out right away when we had a leak that was flooding our basement, fixed that rapidly and effectively, then filed an estimate with us regarding another problem we were having, which turned out to be the 40-gallon well pressure holding tank. They fixed that in a timely manner and came in under estimate. They also explained what they were doing in a way this non-professional could understand, both on the job site and in a follow-up call I made to them the day after the job. Couldn't ask for better plumbers. After several misadventures with other plumbers, KW Boykin is who we'll call from now on.

Very timely response. John Gehringer did a great job of unclogging the bathtub drain as well as checking sinks and toilets to verify whether a single or multiple source issue. He was very polite and explained the equipment he used. This was my first time using Rooter & Sons and was able to schedule quickly.
