Best Water Leak in Raleigh NC

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

Aaron was very professional and understanding. He kept going until he unclogged my plumbing lines.
Hopefully I don't have anymore problems with my plumbing but if I did I would ask for Aaron to come out and service my house.

Curtis was exceptional. Walked in the house and from the start was there to be efficient sand not waste time. He told me he likely knew the issue from the start and fixed it in a matter of time. Do not use! I chose John Hutchins’ company because he seemed very knowledgeable and was priced reasonably. The project started off well enough to get the big draws, but then started dragging and dragging. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do work. Finally they just stopped showing up. I had another plumber come in to finish the job. The mistakes he had to correct from John’s guys have cost me thousands of dollars.

After discovering a leak in my crawl space I called Mike to see if he had time to come have a looksee. He immediately told me his availability FOR THAT DAY and when he came he discovered the leak was from the water shut off in the house and he commenced to promptly fix it!! Mike has converted a bathtub to a shower in our home and other smaller tasks, he is quite adept at his trade and personable too!!
